The bed was two singles put together but sleeping on one was comfortable enough

Good location with parking, very friendl, helpful and accommodating host. Good sized room with tea and coffee maker, comfortable.
Shower cubicle could have used a bit of descaling, but fully functional otherwise, with good water pressure.

I made an appointment at 2 in the morning on 02-11-2023 and when I arrived at the hotel, the people working there said that they had no way to accommodate me and I also specified that some insensitive and incompetent people arrive there at 2 in the morning, bad experience
The only thing I liked in the property was the bed and the mattress
It was very dirty, the bed sheets were not changed. It was a very bed smell in the all property. I had to ask them to change the linen

It was in a quiet neighbourhood and the place is really nice and quiet. The room was clean and tidy.
The bed was disgusting. Clearly been slept in already and not cleaned or new sheets.
Sticky hard patches on the bed sheet and strong smell of bad cheap aftershave. I couldn't and wouldn't sleep in this bed.
Great location, close to Romford station and a new build property. Very spacious room with fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and a smart TV and en suite bathroom and the host was very friendly and welcoming. A great stay that was very comfortable!

curry smells everywhere and the place was not properly cleaned. I had to buy wipes to clean surfaces, no Internet, no cable on TV for local channels hence could not watch TV.
