Pros:

Kind and friendly stuff. Descent location close to the parks and thus pretty quiet. I underestimated my need for room space, that was an obstacle. Otherwise - perfect stay. Well keep that place in my favorites shortlisted.

Cons:

Sometimes people are partying nearby. That might distract you a bit. In most cases, it won't be too late.
