Great Hotel for relaxation and stress relief.
Pros:

It is a really great Hotel for relaxation and stress relief. The rooms are werry comfortable. Meals served for breakfast and dinner are exceptional. Spa area is huge and never crowded, open from 09AM till 8PM. Swimming pools outside are really enjoyable. Average temperature is 35 celzius. Outside at the pool area and inside the spa area they serve food and drinks. Surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. Excellent for walking around and enjoying clean nature.

Cons:

It is not something that i didn't like, but according to my opinion In the "Tepidarium" they should play only instrumental and quiet music meant for relaxation...

Potreban je bolji dizajn zajednickih prostorija za osecaj udobnosti.
Pros:

Osoblje je jako ljubazno i predusretljivo. Bazeni i spa su odlicni.

Cons:

Za ovu cenu hotel bi trebalo da bude glamurozniji. Lobi hotela i restoran za obroke su preveliki i deluju bezlicno, nedostaje osecaj udobnosti koji se ocekuje od takvog prostora.

Pros:

Очаровани сме от хотела, спа зоната, ресторанта. Разположен е сред борова гора. Има няколко паркинга към хотела, на които паркирането е безплатно. Стаята е безупречно чиста и боклука се изхвърля всеки ден. Спа зоната е чудесна, с няколко различни сауни, парна баня, стаи за релакс, солна стая, студена пещера, шоково ведро. Басейните са няколко - външни и вътрешни с приятна температура. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Прекрасно украсен за зимните празници. Не ни се тръгваше от хотела и със сигурност ще го посетим отново.

Доволни сме от престоя си.
