Pros:

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Cons:

The apartment was cleaned only once during our 7-night stay (on Wednesday), which was not enough. Also, on our check-out day (Saturday), we were asked to leave at 10:30 a.m., which felt too early and made the end of our stay less pleasant.

Ringrazio Riccardo per la sua immensa disponibilità; la struttura era molto pulita (cosa fondamentale per ciò che mi riguarda), inoltre l'appartamento dispone di tutto ciò che può essere presente in qualsiasi altra abitazione. La sensazione é quella di stare a casa propria, grande relax e comfort

Non c'è un vero e proprio parcheggio riservato , ma Riccardo mi ha consigliato di lasciare l'automobile subito fuori dal cancello, ci sono due posti e spesso sono liberi

Appartement confortable avec la terrasse et le jardin.
Pros:

Le jardin très bien entretenu, la terrasse privée, la douche extérieur en plus, l’appartement spacieux, lumineux bien équipé et bien propre, 5min à pied de la plage.

Prima verblijf, aardige host, net niet perfect.
Pros:

Op zich nette moderne accomodatie met alles wat je nodig hebt. Strand ligt op een paar honderd meter lopen. Wij zijn met de fiets naar cagliari gegaan (ci 14km (50 min), over fietspad langs 10 km strand. Mooie tuin! Parkeren kan voor de deur.

Cons:

Drukke straat die je buiten goed hoort. Zitjes buiten zijn min of meer gekoppeld aan kamers. Neem de kamer aan de tuinzuide voor de beste ervaring. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er weinig andere gasten die gebruik maakten van de buitenzitjes, dus konden we zitten waar we wilden. Verder kleinigheidjes die niet helamaal in orde waren, waarvan wij de douche die niet goed afloopt en lekt naar de badkamer het vervelends was (lijm er een stripje in!).

Short stay, unforgettable hospitality.
Pros:

​​We stayed at Paquja for less than 24 hours, but Riccardo’s attentive service made it feel like a luxury hotel experience. The unit was impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and featured a wonderfully large bathroom and shower.
​The outdoor patio made our night. We actually decided to stay in, and Riccardo graciously helped organize a dinner delivery of local pasta and wine directly to us. He followed that up with a fantastic breakfast spread the next morning. Exceptional service and a beautiful space—we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you, Riccardo!
