Fab last minute find.
Pros:

Loved the location. Just far enough off the a66 for peace and quiet. Food was amazing. Staff were warm and welcoming. Room was warm and comfortable. It will be our go to stop over when travelling between home in the Lakes and visiting family in Lincoln. You'll definitely be seeing us again soon.

Lovely building in a great location which felt remote but also wasn’t far from the A66. Fabulous food and friendly staff also good local dog walking from the hotel 😀🐕

Perfect for business overnight
Pros:

Excellent breakfast.
Evening meal was also very good and well presented.
Good friendly staff.

Cons:

Internet was very poor. Had to use my mobile hotspot. Internet kept dropping out.

Bed was very very soft. Morning with very bad back.

I wish we lived nearer so we could go oftener.

Quiet location, definitely recommend
Pros:

Beautiful rural location. Very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The meal, served in the bar area, was delicious and well presented. Steak and ale pie is a must try! Rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend
