Ok for an over night stay. Staff were friendly.
Pros:

Cosy feel to the bar and restaurant and served good food.

Cons:

Felt the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. Room was so hot made sleeping impossible.

Good for a quick stop over when traveling to Scotland.
Pros:

Liked the restaurant and bar area. Peaceful location ideal for a stop over

Cons:

The room smelt very doggy although we bought our dogs so asked for a dog friendly room. Would be better if the flooring wasn’t carpeted of air fresheners were plugged in.

Pros:

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Noise levels from outside the room and also other guests banging doors on the corridor. Room in need of a refurb, carpet looked like it had not been hoovered, toilet seat loose. No fan provided and room was quite hot for staying with a dog. Thought the price was expensive for the quality of the accommodation.

We will definitely look fo some time soon to come again.
Pros:

In a quiet hamlet, only a few people around.

Cons:

Every hotel. B &b, needs two proper chairs to sit on, often to watch television.
Why is this so difficult? It is no fun sitting up, or on the edge of the bed.

Lovely atmospheric country pub set in very pretty countryside. Large comfortable clean room.
Pros:

A nice choice of breakfast. There was a bar and dining room but we did not use these.

Cons:

Bathroom light was quite dim, husband unable to shave as too dark to see properly.

Great stay in lovely old country pub
Pros:

Lovely old country pub in small, quiet village with plenty of parking. Large garden rooms in converted barn? Comfortable room with lots of facilities and free wifi. Staff very welcoming, friendly & helpful throughout. Good pub food and breakfast (served very quickly as numbers controlled by booking times.)

Cons:

I expected a garden room to look out onto some greenery, the garden area is a private fenced area of flags and gravel with sun loungers, ideal for taking the sun, for small children or dogs but no greenery.
There was insufficient soundproofing to block out our neighbour's snoring.
