Clean room and facility. Grounds we landscaped perfectly. Parking lot was well lit and swept.
The pool needs to be looked at more regularly. Leaf and other debris in it. Chairs are dirty in crevices. Door on sauna does not open and closes properly. Menu at bar is limited at best.
The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great close to many attractions and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
The only downside was the additional resort/service fee, felt the food was a little pricey. One of the amenities that was supposed to be included with that fee was not available during our stay, and there was no substitute offered. Considering the extra fee, I would have expected an alternative to be provided.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient.
The size of the room was large and bathroom was nice
When you check in you are obligated to spend a 30.00 daily fee for report fees which is rediculous after the room price.
The person staying above me walked like they had concrete blocks on their feet starting at 5am . I complained to the desk twice and nothing was done. All I asked if management could leave them a note to try and walk a little softer.

L'endroit est très tranquille et sécuritaire. La chambre était vaste et le lit king était super confortable. Tout fonctionnait très bien, climatisation incluse. Les repas (souper et déjeuner) au Regent étaient très bons. Le service aux tables était bien. Bien manger sur place a été très apprécié en raison de notre fatigue du trajet automobile.
Le prix des repas était dans notre limite supérieure acceptable. Nous avons été surpris du nombre de taxes applicables mais ça, l'hôtel ne peut rien y faire...
Great looking design and great stay.

It was in a good location within walking distance to a wonderful waterfront restaurant. They beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.
The wedding that was going on took over the hotel. There was no courtyard with snores, due to the wedding. They were out of the complimentary bath salts. Our room’s television would not work. The staff could not fix it. Finally we had to inquire if we were to just continue our stay with no television. Then they started to look for another room for us. They moved us to a smaller room, near the busy road. I went to get a shower a few hours later and there was no body wash in the shower. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and I have never had to move rooms, nor have I gotten into a shower that was not stocked with essentials. It was very disappointing, considering we paid over $400 for a one night stay.

Nothing. The shower was not up to par. The water barely came out and I had to let it run for 10 minutes to warm up in room 222
The location and look
I would not recommend Brookmere based on my recent stay. Before arriving, I arranged with the hotel to have chocolate covered strawberries and champagne placed in the room as a surprise for my boyfriend, and when we checked in, nothing was there. It was disappointing, especially because it was supposed to be a special surprise that had been confirmed ahead of time.
On top of that, no one cleaned our room during our entire 3-night stay. We completely ran out of toilet paper, clean towels, and soap, and housekeeping never came unless we would have had to track someone down ourselves.
The biggest issue was the billing. There was an almost $300 charge placed on my card, and when I went to the front desk to ask about it, no one could explain what it was. Later I found out it was supposedly a security hold, but this was never mentioned at check-in or when I specifically asked about the charge. To make matters worse, my card ended up being charged a different amount than what I was originally told and promised multiple times, even after check out.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor housekeeping service, and confusing billing issues made this a very frustrating experience, especially for a hotel that presents itself as a higher-end stay.
There were a number of fees that weren't listed when booking...
