My stay was not as I would like.

Decent place but would not rush back.

Cons:

The room did not have any toiletries and only a few towels. It was very hot and took forever to cool it off.
I left my brand new pajamas and robe there and called, was told to go on-line to report. I finally get a response that they were not found. This is a complete lie as I walked out of the bathroom and know they were in there as this was the last thing I did!

Serene, restful stay!
Pros:

Christy!!!!!!! She was on the front desk, and was wonderfully welcoming!! Even though I am local, she told me about scenic places to visit I didn’t even know existed! The hotel is CHARMING! Espresso machine and honestly, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was leaving!

Pros:

The grounds and overall style are nice.

Cons:

Some of the staff were not very friendly or welcoming. For a "4 star" hotel our room was okay, very dusty and there was some hair in the bathroom on our arrival and the bar in the room was not complete, missing coffee pods. There was also wall damage in the bathroom. I expected more especially when listed as a 4 star hotel.

Overall it was ok.
Pros:

Huge parking spot, newly renovated.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 days, in 3 days no one showed up to clean our room. First day looked like someone came in,the trash was removed from the room but not from the bathroom?! Also we had to ask someone remove used coffee mugs. You would think it’s standard procedure. The person we asked was more than nice she informed us if we needed anything else to let her know. Second day there was no one in sight, not sure they called out or no service on Mondays it was weird and unexpected. One thing worth mentioning is the amount of emails received afterwards requesting a feedback. In my opinion have people available during the stay, sending multiple emails afterwards a bit too much.

A gem of a place!!
Pros:

I needed a place to unwind for a few days. Hotel Brookmere provided me a quiet, peaceful place in a lovely location near nature trails and surrounded by forest to just be. The team running the hotel is top-notch and responsive to your every need. I have been coming to Saratoga since I was a child and this has become my favorite place to stay! I will definitely be back!!

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. The pool was nice too and close to the racetrack.. Beautiful lobby and restraunt!!

Cons:

Bed needed to be firmer. All restraunts in the area shut down to early and you need a reservation . Water pressure in shower needed to be stronger.
