Amina is the daughter of the hosts, and although she is not yet 16, she speaks four languages fluently and communicates perfectly in English. She was incredibly helpful in every way.
My wife and I stayed in Bukhara, and by happy chance, we chose this guesthouse. The room was very cozy and clean, decorated in traditional Uzbek style. The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and warm-hearted people.
Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast served buffet-style on a beautiful terrace.
The location is simply perfect — all the main attractions are within walking distance, and the guesthouse is right in the heart of the Old City.

Excellent hotel in the city center. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very tasty breakfast. There is Wi-Fi and smart TV. I was especially pleased with the presence of a terrace on the roof of the hotel. The terrace offers a fantastic view.

Really nice and welcoming atmosphere in this place. Close to all the attractions of the old town. Breakfast was a highlight, which was served on the roof of the hotel which has a great view of the city.

200 meters from the fortress ARK. The hosts are very attentive and polite. Breakfasts are very tasty and filling. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was fresh and beautiful. The water pressure is excellent, the Internet is stable and worked without interruptions.

Breakfast, walls are really damp, cleaning isn’t done unless you ask, payment only in cash. I don’t think it’s okay to have a young girl have the only interactions with your guests and essentially be the hotel manager.
The hotel is located in the ancient quarter in the heart of the old town. The interior and layout of the hotel were made with great love and taste. Very beautiful courtyard. Very polite staff, always ready to help with any questions. They organized a great transfer from the station late at night. We also organized a trip to Khiva by car at a reasonable price (the.e were no train tickets). I give it 10 points out of 10.
I found the spiral staircase up to the first floor a little trying and would not recommend it to someone of my age (over 80) to stay there unless very fit and agile. The breakfasts were adequate but served up on the terrace up more stairs although these were a normal set.
There was minimal contact with the owners/managers, so unable to ask questions about the city.
Excellent private house in the city center. Very conveniently located for all attractions. The central market and the central park are very close, you can run to the market on foot. Excellent terrace, breakfast is also served on the terrace. By the way, the breakfasts are very tasty and filling. A buffet is offered, as well as hot dishes in the form of various cereals, omelettes, eggs, etc.
The hotel is run by a lovely family. There were no problems with communication. The owner's daughter Amina speaks perfect English and I resolved all my questions through her. She is a very smart and polite girl. For an 8th grade schoolgirl this is a great achievement. The room is impeccably clean, everything you need is there, smart TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, wardrobe, bedside tables and sockets. The price/quality ratio is excellent (the quality is much higher than the price, to be honest). In Samarkand, we paid 2 times more for a similar hotel. I recommend this hotel!
Delicious breakfast on the terrace on the roof, prepared with love. When the weather is sunny, is very pleasurable. Very kind girls speaking English. Cozy bathroom. Hot water always available. Basic, spacious room, but has everything you might need. Family atmosphere.
