Pros:

Las instalaciones súper bien, solamente el tv a mi cliente no le gustó porque no agarraba la señal

Hay que mejorar la atención al cliente

Overall everything was fine, room was pretty, cozy and quiet, all the appliances in good condition. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly, thanks a lot to her!

Cons:

There was some mix-up with a google TV functions, I always kept getting connected to the other room's TV and when I managed to connect to my room, it kept pausing or switching — I presume another room had the same problem.

Ideal spot for travellers, close to the airport.
Pros:

This hotel is located between the airport and the Mall del Sol, in a familiar area full of small, older hotels and B&B"s. Harmonie is a huge step up in quality. It is a new build, tastefully done. The rooms are on the small side (think Ibis hotels in Europe), but are well planned for travelers. The shower was hot and water copious. The rooftop lounge is perfect for cooling off with a beer after a hot Guayaquil day and before heading to the air conditioned Mall (a two block walk) and enjoying the remarkable eating choices. The airport is ten mintes or less in a $5 taxi.

Cons:

All good, not going to quibble over details.
