Pros:

Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable stay. And very very good home made vegetarian food. Thanks a lot to the caretaker Kishore Kumar ji for all the help.

Cons:

Owner asked for extra payment in the form of tax and GST. This was not listed on booking.com. Overall I had to pay 1372 Indian rupees as extra.

Also(and I have observed it in most places in India), as soon as a booking is made, we(the customer) are asked to pay 40-50% upfront. Now booking.com provides an option to cancel until 1day prior to arrival but since the owner has already taken the amount, you cannot explore other options.

The Breakfast was delicious, the staff is very kind and helpful. Room was very quite and cleanliness and all the facilities provided by hotel is much more than my expectations.

Ask for Google location beforehand. Getting to the hotel will be tricky. location is good, you can an electric rickshaw from this place. Free Parking is available on-site. Rooms and washroom were clean.
