Perfect location and great amenities!
Unfortunately the overall experience was affected a bit by the poor housekeeping cleaning. The room was quite dusty from the day of arrival and the cleaning was skipped 3 days in a row even though the cleaning sign was activated each morning before 10:00 am and when it was cleaned in the morning on the other days of our stay it seemed as if only the beds had been made and the towels replaced but no cleaning, replacing of full trash bags or vacuuming. The front desk was very kind and happy to follow up on the cleaning in the evening themselves but after notifying the issue to several different staff members on different occasions the room was cleaned properly only the day before we left. This experience took away a bit from the price vs quality.
Soft beds, lots of space in the room and all the necessities you need to be comfy including a kitchenette. Great shower and heats up fast. Location is a short walk away from the train station and very close to cafes and many restaurants. Close enough to city to train in but out enough it's still quiet. Super comfortable and would happily stay there again.
Did not like the pillows.
Also Gym access not reliable: they give you a fob to a local gym nearby which was unstaffed and locked at 8am on a Saturday despite the website saying it was open. Not the hotel's fault but just something to note.
Close to station and also a lovely precinct with restaurants, trivia, IGA.
Room was modern and perfectly clean.

Walking Directions from station were not the most direct route or we just didn't follow correctly ,😂
The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and quiet and the location was ideal for getting around on the train
