Great location with easy access to Redfern station and local amenities. The Grounds across the street was a bonus.
Pros:

Good location, access to cafes and supermarket, attentive staff, clean with comfortable beds.

Cons:

No parking onsite.

Die Check in Routine außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten verhindert eine sehr gute Bewertung.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr schönen Areal. Gegenüber ein Eventbereich, eine größere Bahnstation fussläufig gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Check in außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten war sehr umständlich und mühsam. Die beauftragte Agentur war wenig einfühlsam und Service orientiert.

Cons:

Am Sonntag war weder das Badezimmer gereinigt noch war das Bett gemacht. Lediglich Tücher gewechselt.
Die vorangegangenen Tage war es jeweils tip top.

Pros:

There’s a mini kitchen , hotpot, microwave in the room, we could make lunch and dinner. Calm environment, near station. We could stay comfortably.

Cons:

We could not know how to check in.

Nice stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

Room was like new, clean and good size, with a small kitchen (microwave, small fridge).
Bathroom is large, and good shower.
Double glazing cuts out the road noise well.
Shops, and public transport within walking distance

Cons:

Few things to know:
There is no reception; it would have been nice to know that the room access code is also the main door access code.
Street parking was a bit tricky.
Price feels steep for self-check-in style hotel.

A better-than-expected stay! Away from the buzz of central, but within reach of everything really.
Pros:

Decided to try something away from central for a change, and did not regret it! Very clean and very comfortable. Really love the bed! Redfern station is minutes away, meaning central is a quick stop away, along with access to the entire train network. The location has a quieter vibe but is by no means quiet - South Eveleigh was formerly railway workshops, but judging by the company names there now, it's some sort of tech innovation and finance hub, which means lots of cafes, and food, along with a supermarket. So great if you want to be close to the CBD, but not too close.

Cons:

It's boutique style, so no gym or pool. But not a problem if these are not priorities.
