Très recommandé !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel à 10 minutes du centre animé de El Nido mais dans un quartier bien plus tranquille que nous avons beaucoup aimé. La piscine est super agréable, ouverte jusqu’à 10H le soir. Accueil chaleureux et serviable. L’hôtel reste accessible y compris à marée haute, en tricycle comme en scooter, aucun problème !

Cons:

Notre chambre n’a été faite qu’une seule fois pendant notre séjour, pour le prix et pour ce type d’hôtel on pourrait s’attendre à ce qu’elle soit faite tous les jours. Pas grand chose d’autre à dire à part cela !

Super séjour
Pros:

Le calme et l’emplacement parfait sans pour autant être éloigné du centre ville. Le personnel est vraiment super aussi bien à l’accueil qu’au petit déjeuner.
La piscine est très agréable et propre. Petit déjeuner à 350 pesos super copieux

Localisation au vert
Pros:

La localisation, la propreté, la piscine, le calme en journée. L’eau chaude dans la douche. Le jardin bien entretenu. La prise et la tablette près du lit pour charger le portable. La qualité des draps.

Cons:

Le manque de confort des chaises de terrasse et des chaises longues au bord de la piscine. Le matelas trop fin ( on sent les lattes du sommier) l’isolation des murs. Les coqs du voisin 😉

Pros:

Pool and clineness of the room and garden, respect to the caretaker. I loved the turquoise colour of my bed curtains

Cons:

Burning smell in that area and more mosquitos, cos more green, over pushing with extra services. Like, 4 or 5 times, even I got it from booking sms, then I was explained every time I shown up near cooler, and suggested to take the photo of prices, when I was picturing wi fi password(OK, wi fi not working in the dorm) , it's a bit too much. Maybe it's such a policy, but looks a bit money hungry.

Avoid this hostel unless you enjoy being charged twice and dealing with unprofessional staff.

I booked a shared van directly through the hostel. In the Booking chat, the front desk clearly told me that the van fee would be paid upon arrival.
However, before the van even departed, I was suddenly asked to pay. To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings, I had to urgently look up the hostel’s contact details and message them immediately while on the road. Stressful and unnecessary.

That issue was barely resolved when a second, more serious problem happened.

I arrived late at night, exhausted after a long and crowded van ride. I paid for breakfast, and the night-shift staff registered me properly. My name was clearly written on the list.
The next morning, my name was also on the breakfast list, I had breakfast normally, and then checked out.

Later, a day-shift staff member chased me down and demanded that I pay for breakfast AGAIN, claiming:

“Sir, I did not receive your breakfast payment. Please transfer the money now.”

When I explained that I had already paid and was registered, instead of apologizing, they blamed the night staff and acted confused and defensive, as if this was somehow my problem.

This is not a “small mistake.”
This shows extremely poor internal communication, unprofessional management, and a complete lack of accountability. Guests should not be expected to resolve staff errors or pay twice for the same service.

Based on this experience, I seriously question how this property’s rating was achieved.
If you value transparency, basic professionalism, and peace of mind, stay elsewhere.
