What a wonderful family
Pros:

Philippa und Simon und Jack waren extrem tolle Gastgeber und haben alles getan, damit sich alle Gäste wohl fühlen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und erinnern uns gerne an unsere Reise zurück :)

Es war unser zweiter Besuch. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder!
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, jeder Mitarbeiter im Hotel war sehr, sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen bekommt man sofort Hilfe. Die Möglichkeit, sich Kaffee und einen Snack als Frühstück aufs Zimmer zu holen ist auch sehr schön!

Beautiful! Highly recommended
Pros:

This is a gem! The rooms are beautifully designed and very complete. One of our rooms had the little swimming pool on the roof terrace which was beautiful. The coffee and croissant as breakfast were delicious and the wine bar is a cosy place to have a drink as well. Would definitely come back!

Perfect spot in "Plett"
Pros:

We stayed in a 5 star hotel that felt less luxurious than this place. We were there during a storm with power outage, the hosts made sure we were oké, they had alternatives for heat, light, food - they made sure we still had our comfort

Best place to stay in Plett. We will be back!
Pros:

Exceptional stay, having stayed in other places this is the best in Plett.
Room was lovely, clean and very well equipped.
Staff were amazing, could not have done more to give us a great stay. Great recommendations and warm welcome. Complimentary coffee and pastry was great and delivered to your room if you’re feeling lazy. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be working there and were always laughing. Being attached to a coffee shop and wine bar is great with pizzas in the wine bar it covers all bases.
Great location on the high street but very peaceful and an easy walk to anywhere in Plett.
Cannot recommend this place enough!

Pros:

We stayed at the penthouse and it was absolutely amazing! The bathtub on the patio outside is something I'll keep dreaming of! The staff is lovely. We loved the wine bar downstairs too. Location can't be beat! Would stay again.

We'd give Eleven 11 out of 5 stars - we cannot wait to stay again when we visit Plett.
Pros:

We had an incredible stay at Eleven. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully styled. Check in was smooth and the room had lovely touches such bottled still and sparkling water, a tea & coffee station with local biscuits and rusks. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had stunningly soft linen. The attached coffee shop and wine bar meant we had a great start and end to our days. Above the wine bar, the deck also has small pods should you need some privacy for work calls. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Pros:

The location is superb - wine bar and coffee bar fantastic! So nice to be able to have a coffee or glass of wine at the property! Room was beautiful and view stunning! Beds comfy! Coffee and croissants in the morning just an extra special treat! Staff were friendly professional and very helpful!

Excellent value for money. Nice and central but our room was still quiet.

Cons:

Our room was a little dark. We booked at the last minute so got the last room available. I’m sure the other rooms have bigger windows. Try booking a room upstairs if you can.
