It literally felt like home instantly. Location was class for everything I needed all within walking distance. If i ever come back to kettering I’m 100% returning here couldn’t recommend enough

Comfortable room, lots of storage space (wasn't required but nice to know), kitchen facilities, nice area, close to where I needed to be and a short walk from the train station. Ideal for my requirements. I slept very well both nights.

Just 4 min from the A14 it was very convenient for an overnight stop. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The wifi was good and although we didn't use it a lot the TV worked well.
The heating was only on for a short period. It was a cold night and despite a boost in the morning the bathroom was a bit bracing.
The host Sean was amazing, the room was just perfect being a lady travelling on her owb. It was so clean it had everything the bathroom adjacent and a fabulous kitchen with fresh milk. I certainly will be staying here again in 2025. 10 mins walk from the train station 👍
