Pros:

The room is beautiful. Suitable for my family. Great breakfast provided. Hotel in a good location. They also accommodated my early 3 AM check in by providing us a room at a reasonable rate. Overall, a great experience.

Cons:

Горячую воду нужно ждать несколько минут, старая пошарпанная мебель и ремонт, наискуднейший завтрак. Запах сигарет по всему отелю.

Pros:

BIG ROOM SIZE. actually double the size of other hotel. location is perfect near to resto and coffee shops, supermarket. No elevator but only 3 floors. Reception ladies and Ruslam are very helpful.

Cons:

ASk the reception to take your luggage upstairs, The guys are just sitting there. They should help the guest instead of sitting and using phones. Management, please tell your staff ( the guys) the ladies and Ruslam at the reception ae very helpful though.

Bed was comfy and housekeeping was super friendly

Cons:

Elevator was broke and several people got stuck in it. Cable was messed up and went out every time we watched a show. We mentioned it a lot and never got it fixed or any compensation for not having tv Maintenance came up unannounced and I was trying to get dressed and when my fiance opened the door the man up front and maintenance came in and scolded us for having some dish soap on the counter and for having towels in the floor. We are homeless and have spent lots of money here and were told we got no compensation and had to leave

Pros:

We stayed in a large room facing the back part of the hotel. It was so cozy, quiet and comfortable! The hotel has a retro/soviet vibe that we loved, you expect this kind of good surprises when you are in tourism. And for 35 euros per day average you can't expect everything being perfect and ultra modern. Walking distance for major attractions, right beside the opera with by the way we fully recomend. Being that said, it's a 10, we had a great stay there!
