Started with a misunderstanding but the property manager. Handled it on the spot. Very respectful Clean n peaceful environment
That I had to leave. But I will be back again.
I like the varieties of their breakfast and they were really delicious. My room was really spacious & placed in the ground floor so it was convenient for me. The location has a lot of shops around & a grocery nearby. It is a walking distance going to parks & Ascension Church. The staff are accommodating and I find they hired oldies which I loved. It's like a family owned hotel.
They did not clean nor took out my garbage nor replenished the coffee, water, tea & toiletries for two days straight, they did when I complained at 1am when I arrived to find out my room was smelling as I threw some food in the garbage expecting the the room to be cleaned when I arrived. The sink is obviously old. The carpet floor is never vacuumed. The toilet flush won't flush completely the solid waste unless I use the shower head to help it flush. I can hear the noise from the outside at night, good thing I use the ear plugs I got from the plane. The wifi connection is weak from my room so I have to use my data sometimes.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable and clean. The location was very nice. Walkable to Paniflove Park, Green Bazar, etc.
The staff was quite rude. My 7 year old wanted to eat chocos for the breakfast and they said that they didnt have a bowl to give. They said that all the bowls are on the tables and being used despite there were hardly 10 people sitting in the dining area, which was ridiculous.
There were stains of wear and tear in the bathroom, my children thought its not clean because of the yellow stains in the washbasin and pot, although that wasn't the case.
Escalator is there but not working. Dont know why, so you need to carry your luggage on stairs.
