Okay, but not satisfied
Pros:

The Location near belem is great and you walk 3 min to the subway station.
Pastel de Natas and coffee opportunities are great.
Check in was without problems, but never met Jerome (via Keybox). We got a heater for the appartement, which helped against the wetness in the room.

Cons:

We came in the appartement and there was a really intense chlorine smell and the whole flat seemed really wet and moldy. The appartement is on the base level, so we couldnt just open the window all the time to get rid of it. We tried for 3,5 days to get rid of the smell and the wetness, but couldnt really manage to do it.
We think its because a lot of people are using the washing Maschine and they dry their cloth in the room.
Sadly not that satisfied and we think they could just increase the satisfaction by making some kind of ventilation system. The kitchen and the bathroom are okay and useable, but not really a pleasure to use (other customers do not open the windows, so its very foggy). The appartement is used by other people as well and you hear kind of everything and the experience is dependent on who is there as well.

Pros:

расположение огонь, вблизи к заливу и мосту, рядом много кафе и ресторанов. 10 минут до самого центра на такси очень круто. Хост также принял нас поздно вечером было все отлично с его стороны.

Cons:

Очень маленькая комната и я сам не внимательно прочитал что это апарты которые ты делишь с другими гостями. Там один душ и один туалет. Все было чисто. Также была кухня.

Grandioso
Pros:

Jerome cumple con exactamente todo lo que se muestra en las fotos. La habitación era pequeña, pero cómoda para dos personas. La cocina súper bien equipada, el baño muy amplio, limpio y con los servicios necesarios para tener unos días de turismo más que acogedores.
La zona, es de lo mejor que tiene Jerome, está súper bien ubicado, a unos minutos de Pastelitos de Belém y realmente en un lugar súper tranquilo y seguro.
¡Volveremos a Lisboa y seguramente a Jerome, gracias!

Un petit havre de tranquilité!
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé la tranquillité du lieu. L'endroit est un peu en retrait du centre-ville de Lisbonne, mais c'est très proche de tous les moyens de transport pour y aller. Je suis restée dans des emplacements en plein centre-ville et j'ai trouvé ça très bruyant, tandis que là c'était le silence absolu la nuit! J'ai trouvé l'endroit propre et ça sentait aussi toujours très bon!

Cons:

L'endroit est un peu loin du nightlife, mais si ce n'est pas ce dont vous avez envie je recommande fortement.

Pros:

Location in Bellem district is just excellent

Cons:

The room with two single beds is tiny, it smelled musty, with only one small window it was quite dark, to clap the window - because you can't really close it, you have to step on a bed, the toilet and bathroom are one room, it becomes easily busy with 4 rooms for rent.

Pros:

The room with one double bed, in the front of the building was comfortable with enough space for 2 people, regular window and without a musty smell

Cons:

After 4 nights in a tiny room with 2 single beds, we couldn't have any better, would be good to have separate toilet and a bathroom
