Amazing place and the manager of the hotel was very helpful throughout our whole stay. The place itself was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back to stay here next time
Great location and very clean. Quite a large space as well.
There wasn’t a hot tub despite it being listed on the facilities. Additionally the toilet seat in one of the rooms was broken and the staff tried to suggest that we broke it. They suggested the cleaners only found it after our stay but it was something we’d noticed since the beginning of the stay.
A big thank you to the staff! We forgot our things and they quickly arranged delivery to Tokyo.
Conveniently located in the heart of Niseko. A downhill walk to the Ace Family Lift (learners) or a longer uphill walk to Ace Gondola.
Main bedroom only had a double bed & all the pillows were awful - like sleeping on a rock!

It’s a nice basic apartment, the attendant is very pleasant.
Apartment is lovely but would have been nice to have basic stuff like coffee and tea, especially as we arrived in freezing cold weather.
Nonetheless, the bedding was top notch, high quality luxury.
Would have been good to know that we need to pick up the keys from the management office. We were out in the heavy snow in freezing cold with no proper instructions on how to get into the apartment and we finally went to the neighboring restaurant to ask for help and they directed us to the management office in the basement. There was no sign or instructions.

Check in was simple and fast
Apartment was Beatiful and modern with a lot of space for our family .
There was Laundry machine dryer oven fridge stove and a warm Cupboard for our ski gear
The hosts were super nice and accomadating
They helped store our lugguage and send it to the airport

Close to lively music bars with loud music and revellers until midnight . We needed ear plugs in the main bedroom .
