Value for money, Quite location, Home Stay enviroment
Pros:

Kept neat, clean, clean bedsheets & covers, new aircon in the room, new pipelines in restroom, very friendly and helping host who offered 20 litres of drinking water and other items on demand for free. I was impressed with such gestures.

Host also immediately responded to some of the feedback shared with host, within few hours, which is a welcome quality with the host.

Cons:

International travellers are used to orderliness and neatness to very high standards.

While this property is good as per usual India-home standards, as highlighted to host, he has opportunity to rise the bar further.
