Очень тёплая атмосфера. Прекрасный персонал. Администратор Кристина выше всяких похвал. Дружелюбная, отзывчивая. Мы очень довольны, что нашли эту гостиницу. Уютно, все есть, можно готовить самим, если есть желание.

Pros:

Довольно чисто было в номере. На период заселения не было воды во всем районе, невозможно было принять душ. Но администратор принес дополнительные бутылки воды, за что ему огромное спасибо. Парень старался максимально помочь!

Cons:

Кондиционер не работал практически (либо чистить их надо, либо фреон добавлять). Как я понял во многих номерах так.

Location is ok. Hotel is located ~10 min walk from subway. Hotel staff is polite.

Cons:

Hotel is located next to a very noisy highway, so if you won't get the room with a window on the other side of the building you'll experience 24/7 noise and poor air quality. The equipment in the room like the room door lock, water pipe in the shower, a whole in the wall and TV set needs to be repaired. For those who hate smokers, plaese note that there're rooms where smoking is allowed so you if you're unlucky, you might feel people smoking nextdoors.
