Pros:

Le logement était top : grand lit, petite cuisine, Netflix, belle salle de bain ! L’accès gratuit à la machine à laver est un vrai + ! Je recommande a 100% ce logement

Pros:

Duże wygodne łóżko, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja

Cons:

Najgorsza sytuacja była z ogromnym karaluchem w łazience. Głośni lokatorzy z innych apartamentów, ale też dużo hałasów z zewnątrz od bardzo wczesnego rana, okna były mało wygłuszające hałas.

Très bel appartement , bien placé , très bien équipé, propre ...Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Emplacement mal indiqué, aucun panneau visible. Même devant, avons longuement hésité . Un petit panneau sur la devanture serait un plus.

Pros:

Logement vraiment très agréable, bien équipé, joliment décoré, bonne literie. Roof top très sympa . Lave linge et sèche linge très appréciables. Très proche de la gare, des restaurants, commerces et points de visites. Linh est très réactive, à l'écoute, et très agréable. Bonne implication dans son activité. Je recommande vivement.

場所が全く分かりませんでした。となりの喫茶店に聞いたら住所は分かりましたが、建物のシャッターが閉まっていてオーナーを電話で呼んでもらいました。レンタルルームでしたから、当日キャンセルをしました。場所はグラフタクシーでは行けないく歩いて行く不便な場所です。

Zeer vriendelijk welkom! En betrokkenheid. Rooftop met gratis wasmachine. Dat was TOP!

Cons:

Wij kwamen het appartement binnen en er was een hele muffe schimmel lucht.
Wij hebben dat direct gemeld. De eigenaresse kwam onmiddellijk met een luchtverfrisser om neer te zetten. Bijzonder aardig. De lucht krijg je er echter niet mee weg dat zit in het huis.
Zeer slecht voor je gezondheid. Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten, welke te doen was. Maar ik zou hier niet langer willen verblijven.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer etwas dunklen Gegend mit engen Gassen und wenig Beleuchtung. Als der Taxifahrer uns abgesetzt hatte mußten wir erst mal suchen, wo der Eingang ist. Bis direkt vor die Tür kommt ein Auto nicht.
Die Schlüsselbox zu finden war eines, sie zu öffnen hat bestimmt 10 Versuche gebraucht. Die Tasten sind schon so ausgeleiert. Und zum Schließen das Ganze noch mal...
Die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist recht schmal und steil.
Das Zimmer war so wie auf den Bildern. Da hat jemand wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man so braucht.
Auf dem Bett mußten wir quer schlafen, da es sonst keine 2m lang ist. Die Matratze war kleiner als das Untergestell. Das Fenster über dem Bett kann man mit einem Rollo abdunkeln, das andere Fenster hat einen Vorhang.
In ca. 50m Entfernung gibt es einen Bäcker. Ein See ist auch in der Nähe, und am Ufer gibt es einen Markt.
Den Rooftop Chill haben wir uns nur angesehen, dort steht auch die Waschmaschine. Spannende Lösung.
Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschieden, eine Nacht weniger zu bleiben, dafür gab es eine kulante Lösung.

Beim Duschen macht man fast zwangsläufig die Toilette nass. Den Boden kann man mit einem Abzieher vortrocknen, aber es dauert bis es richtig trocken ist. Wer gern lange duscht wird wohl eine Überschwemmung produzieren.
Der Lüfter ist direkt neben der Dusche, keine Ahnung was passiert, wenn da aus Versehen Wasser reinkommt.
Die Fenster sind leider nicht dicht. In einiger Entfernung befindet sich eine offene Fußball-Kneipe. Die hat man nachts gehört, und morgens die Mopeds und Gespräche unten auf der Straße.
Wir sind gegen 21Uhr angekommen und kommunizierten über Booking. Gegen 22:30 klopfte es, und die Vermieterin stand in der Tür. Scheinbar muß man den Paß gleich am Ankunftstag vorlegen...
Bezahlen konnte man mit Kreditkarte über einen Link zu einem Bezahl-Diestleister.

Emplacement sympa dans un quartier typique, logement très propre et jolie terrasse.
Pros:

La localisation dans un quartier assez typique, la propreté et la fluidité dans la communication (whatsapp uniquement)

Cons:

Nous n’avons jamais croisé la personne qui gère (très bien) l’établissement. Contacts whatsapp uniquement, pas de réception. Pour ce qui me concerne, je préfère les contacts humains et les rencontres.

I stayed with my sister hier last week. The hotel’s interior design is truly impressive — thoughtfully created by the owner (Linh), who clearly has an eye for detail and aesthetics. The combination of modern elements and warm, natural materials creates a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Every space feels carefully arranged, stylish, and inviting. Overall, the design greatly enhances the feeling of relaxation and makes the stay especially pleasant. The rooftop is another highlight. It offers a beautiful, relaxing space with great views and a calm atmosphere.

They also have a laundry (washing machine and dryer) which was extremely helpful during our trip.

The location is also excellent. It’s very close to Hanoi’s famous Train Street, making it easy to explore one of the city’s most iconic spots while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable stay.

Linh is incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. She helped us book a taxi from the airport for a night arrival, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Her hospitality truly made our stay even more special. Thank you again Linh.

Pros:

Location is behind the train station and well placed to access the old and French quarters, lakedide and Mausoleum and River - all within 30 minutes walk. Buildibg secure and rooftop facilities a plus Apartment was clean with good facilities. Linh was a delightful host, helpful, courteous and pleasant, even when i caused her work in putting my keys in the wrong place!!!!. I would book this accommodation again if visiting Hanoi.

Cons:

I supose if you want luxurious surrounds thia is more 'back street', but also pleasant people and more directly vietnamese as opposed to 'international'.

Pros:

The property was extremely charming, with every supplies needed. Well decorated and in a cool non touristy area. Really felt at home and it was a good break from our intense trip! Also the WhatsApp communication was great. Will definitely recommend’

Clean, 10min walk to train, and space to chill.

Cons:

Didn’t like the payment system. Payment should be via booking.com, as it’s automatic. Shouldn’t have to scramble to find cash or work out some 3rd party app I’ve never heard of wanting my private details. Could do with better signage as difficult to find.
