また泊まりたいと思っています。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

スタッフの方が皆様丁寧に心を込めて接客をしてくださったので居心地が良かったです。

到着してすぐオレンジジュースをいただきました。すごく美味しかったです。朝食も美味しくいただきました。

いろいろなバスタオルがあり、楽しかったのとお土産の参考になりました。歩いて5分ほどで道後温泉の本館に行けたり、飛鳥の湯には3分ほどで到着しました。立地は良いと思います。コンビニが近くにあるのもありがたいです。

Cons:

歩いてみると温泉やお土産店等が近いので立地は良かったのですが、坂の傾斜が結構きついので足の悪い方には難点かもしれません。
あと、宿泊部屋の手洗いの窓を開けたところ、開きすぎて少し怖かったです。

Personale cordiale e molto disponibile, dentro nella Hall ci sono dei rubinetti che erogano freschi succhi di spremute di tre tipologie diverse di mandarini, inoltre sempre nella Hall si possono scegliere diversi tipi di accappatoi da bagno che si possono portare nei bagni pubblici, Dogo Onsen.

Pros:

Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful, I,have buy onsen ticket to Dogo Onsen, but too many visitors queued in the evening, and decided to give up the experience. They quickly cancelled the ticket, and we purchase onsen ticket to another onsen nearby.
Bath amenities are provided free of charge including face mask. Offer free orange juice whereas you need to pay for at the shop, though just less varieties.
They also offer free afternoon snacks and rice in soup in the evening.

Cons:

just need to walk up slope/down slope for 100 meters to the hotel, a bit inconvenient when it is raining
