Pros:

Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful, I,have buy onsen ticket to Dogo Onsen, but too many visitors queued in the evening, and decided to give up the experience. They quickly cancelled the ticket, and we purchase onsen ticket to another onsen nearby.
Bath amenities are provided free of charge including face mask. Offer free orange juice whereas you need to pay for at the shop, though just less varieties.
They also offer free afternoon snacks and rice in soup in the evening.

Cons:

just need to walk up slope/down slope for 100 meters to the hotel, a bit inconvenient when it is raining
