La réceptionniste est très gentille et fait ce qu'elle peut pour les clients mais elle est seule.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel-Appartement est bien dans une petite en retrait des grands boulevards, la rue est assez calme, la plage est à 7 mns à pied
La vétusté de l'hôtel, on ne sait pas s'il y a une rénovation ou pas
Pas de pression d'eau, mauvaise évacuation d'eau; On a l'impression que de légers travaux ont débuté mais très vite stoppés.
Malgré un prix bas (20€) la nuit, la prestation est décevante

옥상 수영장을 24시간 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다는 점이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 또 TV 크기가 커서 넷플릭스와 유튜브 등 컨텐츠를 즐기기에 적합했고요.
책상이 받침대에 판자를 올려놓은 형태라 물건을 자주 떨어뜨렸습니다. 책상은 업무에 사용하기에는 너무 작아, 교체가 필요해보입니다.

Удобное расположение и отличный отзывчивый персонал, есть бассейн, до моря 5 минут пешком, все чисто и аккуратно, хорошая звукоизоляция, в номере приятно отдохнуть и выспаться
Всё было супер!персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Всегда были готовы оказать помощь в любом вопросе. Тихое место,в дали от шумных туристических улиц,не по далеку всегда можно найти местные кафе и рестораны.
People are so nice and friendly
I was allowed to check in earlier och chech out a late for 50% of the cost of the room. It was good contact with whats up. Kath speaks good english and was nice and helpful. There is a small fridge but it turns off when you take out the electricity card. The pool on the roof is nice and clean. No bugs in the room.
It said it was "a private apartment in building". It is just a small room with a small window near the ceiling. It sais "This double room's special feature is the pool with a view". It is misleading. The pool is on the roof. You can´t see it from the room. Nodody seems to water the flowers around the pool so they dry out. The water pressure in the room was low and there was no hot water when I was there. The washer is in the common area, not in the room. The beach is not far but there is a lot of trafic and exhaust gases on the way there. It is very busy road to the beach. You need a mask to breathe.
The location is nice not far from main My Khe beach and popular party street, but I loved beach in Hoa Hai so I took bike there. The street is not so popular so it’s very quiet. Host and staff are all very nice, they speak English and ready to help.
The view from roof is simply amazing 🌅
One time I detected a big cockroach in my room, but apart from that everything was great and I liked apartment
The staff were great so friendly, even helped me out by giving a ride on her bike so I could go to the bank, even though we had to push the bike back to our hotel....
Our room was quite small but the bed was so comfortable it didn't really matter. Other than that all was great.
Very friendly staff! Even though we had some language differences she would listen carefully and repeat to make sure we understand eachother. Also had direct whatsapp access to get help for anything that I needed. Great value for money paid
The table i had looked quite used and the bed could've been softer, but the bed part is common in da nang hotels
