Мне понравилось абсолютно всё. Отличное расположение, чистые и уютные номера, красивый бассейн на крыше с прекрасным видом на море, спокойная атмосфера и очень доброжелательный персонал. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить менеджера отеля за внимательное и искреннее отношение к гостям. Благодаря такому сервису действительно чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Именно такие люди создают атмосферу, из-за которой хочется вернуться снова. Большое спасибо за ваше гостеприимство Кэт!

наконец-то в отеле попался душ, где хорошо уходит вода, казалось бы мелочь, но это важная мелочь)
должен был съехать в 12 дня, а самолёт только вечером администратор пошла на встречу и бесплатно заселила в другой номер до вечера (в тот, котором был, должны были заселиться другие люди) вообще администратор самый большой плюс этого отеля: добрая, улыбчивая, отвечает на все вопросы. бесплатно снабжала питьевой водой все 21 день, такого в других отелях не было.
кондиционер работает отлично, не просто дует, ещё и охлаждает. на крыше отеля есть бассейн с лежаками, если лень идти до пляжа (до пляжа идти минут 15)
скорее всего вернулся бы в этот отель снова. несмотря на стройку соседних отелей (она не будет идти вечно) вечером здесь тихое и спокойное место, нет движухи под окном, я бы назвал это спальный район не далеко от пляжа.
ежедневные строительные работы за окном в соседних отелях не дают спать дольше 7 утра. поэтому если поздно ляжете - проснетесь утром со всеми (вообще, блогеры на Ютубе говорят во всем Дананге это распространено, город развивает туристический сектор) ещё собаки лают с соседнего отеля, иногда вечером мешали уснуть - это обратная сторона маленького отеля, но в 20 этажных отелях и цены выше раза в 2. в номере нет сейфа. ничего не пропало. камеры везде стоят, администратор сказала работают.

Toilttenspülung ging nicht, Umgebung vom Pool lieblos (kaputte Liege, volle Aschenbecher, trockene Pflanzen), Zimmer/Mülleimer nicht täglich gereinigt, Zentrum nur mit Taxi
La piscine roof top ouvert 24/7, la suite familiale avec coin repas table et rond de cuisson- grand frigo- sa proximite de la Montagne de marbre et de la plage avec d’enormes vagues! Kath etait super gentille et a repondu a toutes nos questions et tout fait pour rendre notre sejour agreable.
Pas de dejeuner inclus, la clim ne fonctionnait pas du tout dans notre chambre la premiere nuit- verifiez bien qu’elle fonctionne avant d’accepter la chambre. Kath nous a change de chambre le lendemain matin quand on l’a avise… mais nous avons du prendre du temps pour nous re-installer…

Loved the rooftop swimming pool, it's open 24/7. Super comfy mattress, lots of towels in the bathroom, portable electric stove, a frying pan, plates and cutlery - all enough for one person (no microwave though, but it wasn't a problem at all). The owner is super nice, responsive and always available on WA, I had a very late check-in and she was still there to meet me and made sure my stay was stress-free
אן מהממת. אבל ממש! קיבלתי חדר מדהים שמאוד אהבתי, עם נוף, בקומה אחרונה, מלא חלונות. אבל המזגן לא היה מספיק טוב. אן עברה איתי בחדרים אחרים כדי לבדוק איזה מזגן הכי מתאים לי. למחרת העבירה אותי לחדר משודרג, עם מזגן מעולה. כל בקשה היא מיד ממלאת. נעימה והמקצועית ומאוד אכפתית. הבריכה נהדרת, ממש מקום מפלט נפלא בימים החמים. זרם המים במקלחת טוב מאוד ויש מים חמים בשפע. סבונים טובים מאוד, מיטה נוחה וענקית והחדר מרווח מאוד. ליד המלון יש בתי קפה שיקיים מותאמים לעבודה מרחוק ויש קואוורק מעבר לפינת הרחוב. 5 דקות הליכה מחוף הים.
באחד הצדדים יש באלכסון בניין בבנייה, כשהחלונות היו פתוחים לפעמים היה קצת רועש. אבל ממילא כל הזמן הם סגורים כי חם מאוד.
The host Kath was great... Enjoyed chatting with her and luckily for me her English far surpasses my Vietnamese... A lot of co-working spaces and coffee shops in the area and the beach is nearby... If you want more touristy stuff that is just a short walk away too...
J'ai passé un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel, au point de le prolonger tellement je m'y suis senti bien ! L'hôtel est agréable, confortable et très propre. La patronne est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante et attentionnée. Merci pour votre accueil, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Все в целом хорошо , бассейн теплый , комната уютная, телевизор большой.
Не было уборки за 3 дня, у соседей телевизор было слышно и днем и всю ночь, нет вытяжки в туалете.
The property itself was a nice clean and large apartment
For two people it only had cutlery for one, one glass, no cups and one spoon. There was also no complimentary coffee or tea etc and the tv was only a smart tv with no channels at all.
There was also cost was quite high at almost 900thousand vnd per night.
My biggest issue was that on the day of check in I sent a message confirming checkin time and received a message telling me not to come. The owner was adamant that my booking that had been confirmed and paid almost two weeks prior would not be honoured. About two hours later after I had panic searched for other hotels on the day , she notified me very apologetically saying that she had made a mistake and that my booking was ok. A hell of a lot of stress that I really didn’t need!
