Clean
It took me almost an hour to check in.
I would give 15 stars if I could. The woman who owns this unit was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way late at night and came to my rescue when I really needed it. I can't say enough great things about it. It is very safe and security is tight. 10min walk from the airport.
Nothing to dislike. Great unit, great location, fantastic amenities, managed by first class people.

The owner respond well.
Hot water was not reliable. I sometimes needed to keep waiting for 10min and sometimes didn't work at the end. Just took cold water several times. Shower door was also broken which didn't close completely.

It was walking distance to runway manila and NAIA terminal 3. Good place to stay if you have an early flight or connecting flight.
It was clean but the unit smells a bit old and there is also a lingering smell of cleaning products. No staff assisted me, the guard just gave me the key to the unit and I self-checked in.
The room was clean with descent aesthetic and basic unit amenities. The owner was very accommodating. Security was also a plus since they won't allow outsiders not unless given permission by the unit owner.
There was a confusion on which cluster I should stay. In booking.com the address was different as compared to the actual unit I am supposed to stay. It's uncomfortable for guest with huge luggages being toss back and forth from one building to another.
Very accommodating , clean and the ambiance is good. Comfort and safe. The couple are happy to stay there. Thanks 😊
