Tolle Lage, nicht geeignet für Leute mit Gehbehinderung.
Pros:

Super Lage, Es gibt alles, was man braucht.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, nicht barrierefrei. Meine Frau hat eine Amputation und das Steigen der hohen Treppen war ein Albtraum.

Zu laut, ungemütlich und organisatorisch unklar – daher vorzeitige Abreise

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Apartment lag im obersten Stockwerk, und die Treppen dorthin waren sehr steil und wirkten unsicher, besonders beim Hochtragen von Gepäck. Man musste sich teilweise wirklich am Geländer festhalten, um nicht zu stolpern.
Ein großes Problem war die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Man konnte die Nachbarn deutlich hören, sei es beim Kochen oder bei alltäglichen Tätigkeiten wie Wäsche waschen. Dadurch entstand kaum ein Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Zusätzlich war es insgesamt sehr laut, da man durchgehend Windgeräusche wahrgenommen hat, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Fenster nicht richtig dicht sind. Die Wohnung war dadurch auch schwer warm zu halten und insgesamt eher kalt.
Auch der Check-in verlief sehr unpersönlich, da alles ausschließlich über einen Türcode geregelt wurde und kein direkter Kontakt zum Gastgeber stattfand. Das mag für manche praktisch sein, jedoch hätten wir uns zumindest klare und strukturierte Informationen zum Check-in und Check-out gewünscht, zum Beispiel in Form eines kurzen Infoblattes in der Wohnung.
Die Schlafsituation entsprach ebenfalls nicht den Erwartungen. Das Apartment war für drei Personen ausgeschrieben, jedoch war die vorhandene Klappcouch sehr hart und in der Mitte unangenehm erhöht, sodass sie kaum nutzbar war. Letztlich mussten wir uns zu dritt ein Bett teilen, was sehr unbequem war.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt durch die Lautstärke, die Kälte und die Schlafsituation so beeinträchtigt, dass wir uns entschieden haben, früher abzureisen.

Pros:

Top Lage, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal hat über Booking Chat sehr gut funktioniert und bei Fragen/Problemen sofort eine Antwort erhalten.

Cons:

Die Badetücher, Bettwäsche waren sauber aber schon ziemlich verwaschen und zum Teil löchrig.

Great stay next to station
Pros:

We stayed in Apt. 5 for one night and it was very pleasant overall - clean and safe apartment in a very convenient location, just as advertised. Reliable Wifi, very comfortable beds, good shower and all needed supplies in the fully stocked kitchen. Customer service was excellent: great communication with super easy check-in and -out. All our questions and issues were addressed very quickly.

Cons:

Someone was smoking in the evening, not sure where (hallway?) and the smell came into the room unfortunately. But we put a towel under the door to stop it.

Verblijf was een beetje teleurstellend na een prima ervaring in 2025.
Pros:

Wij hebben eerder hier een kamer geboekt en hadden toen een kamer met mooi uitzicht. Nu een verdieping hoger konden we moeilijk door zolderraam naar buiten kijken. Kamer was ook veel donkerder door kleinere ramen. De televisie was niet op kabel aangesloten waardoor we geen gebruik van de tv konden maken. Door deze zaken was de ervaring minder positief dan een jaar eerder. Verder is de locatie ideaal, kamer groot genoeg en alles is aanwezig.

Lokacija- v bližini železniške postaje in hiter odziv lastnika

Postelje zelo neudobne, mali neudoben prostor, stopnice do sobe, sofa za 3osebo ni bila pripravljena, a so po klicu uredili v roku ene ure
