Great stay next to station
Pros:

We stayed in Apt. 5 for one night and it was very pleasant overall - clean and safe apartment in a very convenient location, just as advertised. Reliable Wifi, very comfortable beds, good shower and all needed supplies in the fully stocked kitchen. Customer service was excellent: great communication with super easy check-in and -out. All our questions and issues were addressed very quickly.

Cons:

Someone was smoking in the evening, not sure where (hallway?) and the smell came into the room unfortunately. But we put a towel under the door to stop it.

Verblijf was een beetje teleurstellend na een prima ervaring in 2025.
Pros:

Wij hebben eerder hier een kamer geboekt en hadden toen een kamer met mooi uitzicht. Nu een verdieping hoger konden we moeilijk door zolderraam naar buiten kijken. Kamer was ook veel donkerder door kleinere ramen. De televisie was niet op kabel aangesloten waardoor we geen gebruik van de tv konden maken. Door deze zaken was de ervaring minder positief dan een jaar eerder. Verder is de locatie ideaal, kamer groot genoeg en alles is aanwezig.

Lokacija- v bližini železniške postaje in hiter odziv lastnika

Cons:

Postelje zelo neudobne, mali neudoben prostor, stopnice do sobe, sofa za 3osebo ni bila pripravljena, a so po klicu uredili v roku ene ure

Gezien de prijs was de kwaliteit ver onder de maat. Geen aanrader!
Pros:

Vlak bij het station (locatie). Instructie voor de entree was duidelijk.
Bedbank was oké en de ruimte heeft potentie. De buren waren stil tussen 00.30 en 7.00

Cons:

Schoonmaak. Op de eettafel waren vlekken van een eerder gegeten frituurmaaltijd; deze zorgden voor een frituurgeur in de studio. De koelkast was niet goed schoon; er lagen kleine voedselresten (fruitschillen?) en er stond een kuipje boter in.
Kwaliteit van het bed. Matras was slecht; had een diepe kuil.
Verlichting niet echt sfeervol.
De buren waren luidruchtig bij hun nachtelijke aankomst (rond 00.00 uur) en 's morgens werden we om 7.00 uur gewekt door luide stemmen en een bonkende wasmachine.

Pros:

Добре розташування поряд з центром міста. Опис номеру відповідає дійсності. Багато посуду і є кухня-це великий плюс. Гарний Iвид з вікна на вулицю і річку. Мені вдалося яскраво з сім'єю провести час. Житло в справжньому стилі Ротердаму!)

Cons:

Підлога в номері була брудна. Система керування опаленням зайняла час, щодо опанування. З коляскою потрібно здолати безліч крутих сходинок щоб дістатися першого житлового поверху. Стінки між номерами тонкі. Ресепшн є, але система працює без постійного перебування персоналу.

Emplacement idéal près de la gare centrale
Pros:

Idéalement situé à 5min à pied de la gare centrale.
Appartement bien équipé (machine à café, équipements de cuisine et vaisselle, linge de lit, produits ménager...) et propre, malgré certains endroit vétustes.
L'annonce indique une laverie, ce qui m'a fait choisir cet endroit.

Cons:

Petite surprise en arrivant: chambre au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, avec un escalier extrêmement serré.
Il n'y a pas d'accueil physique.
L'appartement est condensé et la douche pourrait être améliorée ( carreaux abimés et écoulement de l'eau )
Concernant les machines à laver et sécher: il y en avait 2 à l'extérieur de l'appartement. Mais c'était tout le temps occupé en programme différé de plusieurs heure par du linge blanc.. donc difficilement utilisable.

整體滿意，遺漏了衣物於旅店，業主很快便回覆已找到，謝謝

Cons:

訂房時寫明有洗衣機及乾衣機，由於旅遊時間比較長， 這兩項設施係首選，整幢住宿各有 5 部，但每晚 5 部洗衣機都裝滿衣物或床單，並開啟了時間掣，住客根本未能使用，變相要自己手洗衣物，希望業主能作改善

Voor een nachtje prima. Maar nog genoeg aan te doen.
Pros:

Mooie locatie.

Cons:

Het was niet schoon.
Voor de bedbank was geen onderlaken.
De bedbank was stuk en kon niet worden uitgeschoven, druk mee bezig geweest.
Er lagen nog etensresten (patat) onder de bank en de badkamer stonk naar riool.

Good for what we needed - close to the train station - would not use for a long stay.
Pros:

location was really close to the train station which was perfect. I did not see too many restaurants close but I also have picky eaters --- the kebab shop by the train station was good.

Cons:

The laundry facilities were free but it was really difficult when we were visiting - I didn't know if the cleaning folks were using them as well or if longer stay folks were using them and not attending to them. I worked around it but it was a bit odd. We only stayed two nights.
