Pros:

Worst not worthy not hygiene and loud music we come there from UAE to relax but we have not slept because of loud music

Cons:

Hygiene and breakfast they don’t have anything like butter bread if we ask. And not even eggs

My first and last stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Very kind staff, centric location.

Cons:

Very basic service. Breakfast: porridge, one egg, bread and butter, cup of tea.
Shower: intermittent hot and cold water, white lights in the room, window view to the garbage .

Pros:

My buddy and me had am awsome stay for 3 nights at the Sunrise Hotel in Burabay with a perfect mix of hiking with great views, very good food in closeby restaurants and a nice relaxing day at the pool, working out and finishing the day in the banja/sauna.
The hosts Dima, Oskar and Pascha are extremely kind, helping whenever needed and fun for a chat inbetween - Thank you guys, благодарим!

It can be a nice stay if you’re not looking for much comfort and if you’re lucky to not to have noisy neighbours.
Pros:

Location was nice, not too far from the main road. There were tables with chairs at the terrace on our floor to sit, eat and enjoy the view. The garden was nice with many facilities for the kids. The staff was super friendly and super helpful, they allowed us to stay half day on our second day without upgrading to a more expensive room. Even though they forgot about our sauna reservation they managed to prepare everything without much delay.

Cons:

The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors fighting during the night. The mattresses didn’t have covers and the lining was too short. The food for breakfast was mediocre. The swimming pool was tiny and water did not seem clean. My son hesitated to swim in it, although other kids were enjoying themselves, so perhaps it was only our perception. The sauna was slightly dirty, not prepared on time. In overall although the room seemed clear, the shower and toilet looked tired.
