Exceptional home with an even more exceptional host. Mr. Kimitake is such a kind man who will go above and beyond. Not only did he take me to Mt. Yotei the morning I was hiking, he even picked me up and took me to an onsen! Thank you so much!
Everything was exceptional!
The perfect place for outdoor activities in the Kutchan / Niseko area also in summer/autumn. I was there for hiking - and Kimi (the owner) brought me to the trailhead of Mt.Yotei. The neighbourhood is very calm and it’s a perfect place to relax. On the other hand the heart of Kutchan’s nightlife and a lot of restaurants are not far away (a car is not needed). The SLOPE provides everything what a cyclist or a hiker needs

I liked the cleanness and cozy atmosphere in the house. The wisdom and the hospitality of the host was marvelous. Also, the view from the room was breathtaking. The living room was comfortable to stay, the bathroom on each floor was very convenient, and the laundry room was a big plus to my whole experience. I would like to go back again and again!

The apartment is very well designed and cosy.
The showers are located on the first floor while the bedrooms are located on the third floor, so you may find it troublesome having to climb up and down.

This is an awesome place to stay in Kutchan. Conveniently located: 5min walk to convenience stores and restaurants, 10min walk to the station. It is technically a guest house, but the property and amenities are brand new and/or well-maintained, and so incredibly clean that it feels more like a high-end vacation villa. The owner is also very pleasant and will give you advice and recommendations for your visits in the area.

Owner was really great and had a good time with a lot of food and good conversation.
The owner even drove to different places to drop me off. Free of charge.
