Pros:

Wir waren sehr viel früher angekommen und konnten vollkommen unkompliziert 4 Stunden früher einchecken. Es wurde alles möglich gemacht.

Gutes Essen dunkles Zimmer
Pros:

Das Restaurant ist wirklich ganz fantastisch. Ich war alleine da, habe trotzdem - das ist nicht selbstverständlich- einen schönen Tisch bekommen und wurde sehr freundlich bedient. Das Essen war etwas ganz besonderes. Die Webseite sagt, man könne sich beraten lassen, was den Wein angeht - da war ich zunächst enttäuscht, weil man mich auf die Karte verwiesen hat, aber das änderte sich zu meiner Freude im Laufe des Essens. Das Essen selbst war von hoher Qualität und wirklich etwas besonderes.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer allerdings war enttäuschend. Ich war in einem sehr dunklen, kleinen Zimmer ohne Balkon und mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Schade, denn ich hatte mich sehr darauf gefreut, den Abend und Morgen in einem schönen Hotel verbringen zu können- das hat sich eher angefühlt wie in einem Budget Hotel.

Das Frühstück wiederum war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich

Hotel de 3 estrelles
Pros:

La ubicació i les instal·lacions en general. Es un hotel molt acollidor per fer una estada i veure els Dolomites.

Cons:

Falta de empatia per part d'una persona del torn del matí, acostumada a tenir molta confiança, amb clients de parla alemanya i rebre per part seva certs comentaris fora de lloc. Als clients, se'ls ha de tractar per igual, amb respecte i professionalitat.l

Pros:

De rust, mooie, ruime en comfortabele kamers. Relaxen aam het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Heerlijk eten en drankjes in het restaurant.
