Amazing value, well equipped, great location for KSC visit.
Pros:

Amazing value for the money ; very clean, nice equipments (coffee machine, bottles of water) for such a price. Very good location to be among the first to arrive at the Keendy Space Center (no bridge to cross)
Host did a great job at explaining the details through pictures of equipment and annotations in a binder ; very useful for late arrival on your own.

I wish the owners great success as they have obviously spent a great deal of effort and money to make their inn special.
Pros:

I have traveled all over the world but nowhere have I gotten such a good buy for my money. Because of the price I was expecting a dump, instead I got luxury.

Cons:

Google maps kept taking me to the wrong place. It would help if the owners would send a picture of the entrance to the property to their expected guests to make it easier for them to recognize the place when they do get to the correct location, as it is located in a residential area.

Great location, great rooms, I'd definitely stay here again.
Pros:

What a great convenient location for cruising out of Port Canaveral. The rooms were great, comfortable, clean, and very well appointed.

Cons:

A little better communication on the layout and access directions.
