This is a gem of a find, above a shop and cafe it can be hard to find but do not let that put you off. The staff are great, there is off road parking in a secure garage.
Best parts, it had a balcony we could sit to watch the sunset, and enjoy breakfast. The beds were comfy and the wifi was excellent. The bathroom was designed as a wet room and was warm with good pressure.
We could walk to a local restaurant and it felt very safe. It was incredible good value for money. Highly recommended.
There was no were to sit, other than on the bed. The rooms could not accommodate this.

The underground parking was a great plus, and the 24h mini market was very convenient.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not quite up to expectations, and communication was a little difficult as the staff didn’t speak English.

There is no fridge in the room, you can store some food if necessary at the reception/tobacco store.

Το μίνι μάρκετ στο ισόγειο όπου μπορείς να προμηθευτής αρκετά πράγματα για άνετη διαμονή και το υπόγειο πάρκινγκ. Επίσης χρήσιμο είναι ότι λειτουργεί πλυντήριο αυτοκινήτων πίσω από το ξενοδοχείο.

Some of the staff should learn basic English in order to communicate with guests, since Blagoevgrad became a transit point for tourists.
Unable to start TV due to improper installation of the router.
Rooms, especially near elevator, are not soundproof.
Emplacement ok et parking souterrain
Chambre sale, linge de lit non lave et taché à notre arrivée. Douche bouchée et pleine de calcaire sans parler du fait d’avoir une douche avec une porte cassée
Personnel très peu serviable, ne parlant pas un seul mot d’anglais et ne cherchant absolument pas à vous comprendre

La parter se afla un magazin cu bar iar in spate service și spălătorie auto. Toată noapte circula mașini pe acolo ce e mai important e că e mizerie iar personalul ne a făcut să credem că nu avem ce căuta acolo. Jos la magazin, care e și recepția, dacă vrei să plătești cu cardul trebuie sa cumperi de minim 3 euro, iar după ce ne am cazat dacă am vrut să cumpărăm o apă e minim 5 euro.
