Loved the staff and people I shared room with. Property is well kept and pretty. Big plus they have restaurant on site

Cons:

Didn’t realize there’s no hot water for the shower; the door does not have the greatest seal so mosquitoes can enter. Bring mosquito spray

Probably get better value elsewhere for dorms
Pros:

Big spacious room and bathroom, didn’t feel cramped at all. Nice and quiet location too.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn’t lock. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I had ants all over the wall near my bed, they were all over my things which was horrid. It didn’t feel the most welcoming of places I think of the price and get better value elsewhere

Sale et Rapport qualité prix incohérent c’est du vol !

Le personnel n’est pas aimable !
Le prix est incompréhensible par rapport aux prestations vendues.
Les chambres sont sales le ménage n’est pas fait, du moins que si nous le demandons car il y a eu trop de vol dans les chambres ou des plaintes des clients à cause de cela ce n’est plus fait systématiquement, bien évidemment on l’a su qu’au bout de deux jours lorsque nous sommes aller leur demander pourquoi les serviettes et le sol les salles de bains n’étaient pas nettoyer. Nous avons retrouvés des larves d’insectes dans les chambres et salles de bains.
Il y avait juste un filet d’eau froide pour se laver….
Nous avons eu le malheur d’oublier une pochette dans les toilettes d’à côté de l’accueil elle nous a été rendu bon l’histoire du pourquoi elle n’était plus là. N’était pas claire dès que nous avons dit qu’il y a des caméras et que nous allons aller voir la police sans faire d’esclandres nous avons été respectueux, la pochette a été retrouvé mais il manquait une partie de l’argent du coup c’est notre parole contre la leur environ 1 400 000 rp en moins.
Les chambres qui nous été donner se situaient à côté des cuisines à l’arrière de l’hôtel du bruit de 06:00 du matin jusqu à minuit et en plus des chants des coq et du bruit de leur voisins qui prenaient relais le reste du temps etc…. Impossible de se reposer…Et bien sure quand on va leur parler ils sont totalement fermé et encore plus après le problème que nous avons eu avec notre pochette….

Pros:

Amazing staff! They help you with everything you need. And it is a beautiful accommodation. Also, you only share bathroom with other 2 guests.

Cons:

The building is made of bamboo, so you can completely hear the conversations from the room below you, as well as the mosque's prayer call at 4 a.m. :(

Pros:

Super süßes Zimmer und tolle Lage.
Frühstücksauswahl klein aber fein.

Cons:

Wasser Druck war nachmittags/abends nicht gut wenn alle geduscht haben, was es schwer gemacht hat sich vorallem die Haare zu waschen.
Ansonsten aber fein.

La situation géographique, l’ambiance et l’accueil
Les repas au restaurant très bons.

Cons:

Avoir une chambre de luxe sans frigo, être derrière les cuisines, l’odeur de la nourriture, le bruit et les chambres pas du tout insonorisées.
Au vu du prix les matelas sont à changer.
Il est difficile d’avoir nos repas en même temps, mauvaise organisation au restaurant.
Réclamer l’assiette de fruits inclus dans le petit dej tous les matins
