Extremely dissapointing, dangerous lack of fire escape in Room 3
Pros:

The house was located within a nice neighbourhood, we felt pretty safe walking there at night. The communal area had good facilities - washer/dryer, kitchenette, sitting area etc.

Cons:

The room we were put in was room 3, which it turns out has NO WINDOWS WHATSOEVER. You cannot tell this from the photos, and 2 of the rooms seem to have windows, so it seems surprising that the 3rd didn't. We did not know which of the 3 rooms we would be put in, and were alarmed when we arrived by the lack of fire escape in our room (all rooms are in the basement) - we were so concerned for our own safety that we had to move to a different hotel. We informed the host that we felt the fire escape situation in room 3 was extremely dangerous, possilbly even illegal, and that we felt we had to find somewhere else to stay. We have received absolutely no response from the host.
The room was not as nice as it looked in the photos, very clinical with nothing on the walls and an extremely bright/harsh ceiling light. The small bedside lamp was dimmer than a candle and kept switching itself off. The floor in the bedroom seemed to be sticky, and the towels were slimy from being washed with too much fabric conditioner. It was also very cramped, and there were almost no surfaces to put things on apart from the mini-fridge.

Great location, clean and comfortable, friendly hosts, good value!
Pros:

Great location for a concert at Rogers Stadium…only a 20-25 minute Uber ride away (during rush hour….shorter later at night). Room and bathroom were clean and well-kept. Bed was small but comfortable and there was a small bar fridge in the room, which was a bonus. It was certainly nice to get back to cold water and Gatorades after a night of drinking at the concert. 😄 There was also a TV on the wall and a fan in the corner in case you needed it. Check in was a breeze and parking was available in the driveway. There were codes to get in the main door and also to our room, so it felt secure. I would stay there again without hesitation!

Pros:

The apartment was very clean, with a cozy bedroom and a lovely bathroom. We were able to park for free right in front of the house, and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

The only downside was that the apartment was a bit cold during our stay.

La comodidad, poco ruido, la limpieza

Cons:

Está muy lejos de todo, cuesta mucho llegar a comprar una tarjeta para el bus (pregunté mucho hasta encontrar una máquina). Tampoco me gustó que no tuviera iluminación natural, ninguna ventana
