Nice hotel and helpful host
Pros:

Didier was very helpful, he picked us up from french guiana side and brought to hotel. He showed us around and also brought us to restaurant at night so we didn't have to walk.

Rooms was ok , no mosquito, room was clean, towels were clean, it has got fast Internet. Breakfast was traditional brazillian breakfast, there is a generator in case there is power cut. There is no issue on safety but I would not advise walking back very late.

Cons:

The shower didn't have hot water, but during the day it was ok to have shower. I think region has some issues with water supply.

Hotel close to the town with a great host
Pros:

Thierry was extremely helpful and kind. He collected us from the French Guianan side (as we could not take our car across the bridge), provided free coffee, tea, beers and drove us into the town (although it is possible to walk the short distance).
