Comfortable spacious room closeby Polhena Beach
Pros:

I stayed at VThree with my family in Dec 2025 and it was pleasant stay worth for the money. We’ll cleaned, spacious rooms with wide screen TV, mini fridge, dining table with 4 chairs, three separate chairs, air conditioning and a fan etc. hotel located around 3 min away from Polhena beach and also reletively close by other attractions such as Mirissa, coconut tree hills, Dutch fort etc. we extended additional day and spacious comfortable room is one factor, my kid enjoyed Netflix in a wide screen while I snorkeling in Polhena beach as he already enjoined sandy beach for 2 days. Staff is friendly and have a spacious parking area. Don’t forget to enjoy the sunset at Polhena, nothing related to facility though.

Cons:

That would be perfect is facility had wifi access.

The bathroom was too small. there are lots of mosquitos but no mosquito net.

Great stay at VThree, Matara!
Pros:

We had a really pleasant stay in their spacious and clean 3-person suite. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros:

Staff is super nice and helpful. There is a laundry room where you can do your laundry, shops are close by. 10 minutes to the beach :)

Amazing Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious and clean. There was a small pantry area with a stove that allowed me to prepare some snacks as well. The host was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Would highly recommend! Closer to the beach and many places to shop for groceries within walking distance.

Cons:

Could have included the Bed and Breakfast option as well, then it will be convenient to the guests in the morning rather having to go out looking for meals. There was no TV in the room, but then again we didn't spend much time in the room.
