Dreadful, I do not recommend Viarggio Hotel at all. Dirty facilities, deceitful hospitality
Pros:

The experience was dreadful, literally nothing matched our expectations. I booked two rooms for me and the family. The rooms were dirty, smelly and missing essential items like pillows and covers. some foot marks on the bed sheet. Plus the hotel is not at a walkable distance from the republic square as there are no side walks. You need 7 min by car to reach the city center.

Cons:

We did not like any feature. Actually we did not spend the night there. We left and checked in Holiday Inn republic square at 3am.. I asked for a refund but the hotel staff said that management refused to do a refund because my booking was non-refundable. I tried to reach out to Booking.com but all your emails are no-reply mode. Viarggio Hotel is a scam preying on customers by overstating their services and facilities level, and using different names such as: Viaggio, VG, Via Gio, and Viarggio. What add insult to injury is the fact that there is no tourism authority in Armenia to sanction such deceitful entities.
