Pros:

Carlos was amazing to deal with. I had fractured my pelvis while in Spain and Carlos made sure access in apartment was easy for wheelchair while also providing a shower chair. Nothing was too much trouble

The location on the Camino and close to many bars and restaurants

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work which would not have been a problem except it was Friday night and people were outside until 3 in the morning. We had to close the windows because they were so loud so the room was hot until I could open them at 3.

Excellent location just off the camino ingles in the old town of Pontedeume. Spotlessly clean very good entrance instructions quiet street near all restaurants. Recommended
