Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Besitzer war sehr herzlich und haben sich um unsere extra Wünsche gekümmert .
Das Frühstück war wunderbar, Eier von den eigen Hühner. Selbstgemachte Kuchen. Prosecco stand auch schon gekühlt bereit als wir kamen.
Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für alles.
Wir empfehlen es herzlich weiter und werden sicher wieder kommen 😊

Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie erfüllten uns jeden Wunsch, es gab sogar zwei Einladungen bei ihnen zum Abendessen und Erzählen. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll eingerichtet aus wiederverwendeten alten Möbeln und Gegenständen und wunderschön gestaltet. Jedes Accessoire vom Handtuch bis zu den Lebensmitteln wurden liebevoll verpackt und geschmückt. Ein Traum! Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen. Die Autobahn ist 5min entfernt, die Schnellstraße direkt neben dem großen Grundstück. Da sie aber tiefer gelegt ist, hat man kaum etwas gehört. Die Beiden haben es sich auch nicht nehmen lassen, uns bei der Abreise 5:20 morgens, persönlich zu verabschieden.

Lugar increible. El entorno es auténtico. Los anfitriones, Pina y Giovanni son muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa. Totalmente recomendable

La masseria Cortebbianca est superbe, les chambres sont très bien équipées, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour le petit déjeuner avec des produits frais de la masseria et le jardin est magnifique. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter les pouilles. Le plus : les hôtes Pina et Giovanni sont très chaleureux, très sympathiques et aux petits soins !

Giovanni and Pina are simply the most beautiful hosts we have ever met. From the very first moment, we felt like we were visiting family rather than staying as guests. Their warmth, kindness, generosity, and sense of humor made every moment unforgettable. The masseria itself is absolutely gorgeous and magical, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, which give the place an almost timeless soul. The little touches were extraordinary: the mini fridge was filled with fresh foods and local products from their masseria, the shampoo and shower gel were handmade by Pina, and everything was beautifully labeled with a delicate touch of lavender. It’s hard to put into words how special they are. Saying goodbye truly felt like leaving relatives behind, we will carry this experience in our hearts forever. ❤️

Bellissima 💕 es ist wirklich wie beschrieben ein Paradies am Rande von Fasano. Pino und Giovanni sind warmherzige, aufmerksame und tollste Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, sicher aufgehoben und trotzdem autonom! Alles ist vorhanden, der Kühlschrank ist voll, alles frisch und lecker! Tomaten, Käse, Wurst, Milch, Früchte, Wein, Limoncello etc etc !! Unglaublich! So haben wir es noch nie erlebt! Das Appartement war sehr schön aufgeteilt und für uns „Mädels“ im Himmelbett auf Wolken geschlafen. Kein Staub nichts! Unglaublich sauber! Selbstgemachtes Shampoon, Duschbad mit Rosmarin. Alles mit Liebe und Gespür eingerichtet! Die beiden Terrassen eine nach Vorne gerichtet wunderbar zum Frühstücken und die hintere separat privat zum Lesen und Verarbeiten aller Eindrücke mit Blick auf den 500 Jahre alten Olivenbaum. Die Olivenbäume sind hier in der Region etwas ganz besonderes rund um Fasano. So viele und so unfassbar dicke Stämme, eindrucksvoll in ihrer Geschichte. Wir haben in unserer 1 Woche soviel mitgenommen wie es nur ging😊Fasano, Ostuni, Matera, Lecce, Martina Franca, Küstenfahrten, Lido, Restaurants, Naturstrände, Gelato…pures Italien wie im Buche❣️
Highlight war die Einladung von der herzlichen Mama Pina und ihrem sympathischen und so natürlich nettem Mann zusammen Panzerrotti machen zu dürfen, ihre Familie ein bisschen kennenzulernen und die immer hilfsbereite Chiara stand uns auch zur Seite. Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung, die wir gerne weiter geben ❣️❣️mille grazie mille mille

Let me start by saying our host was extremely welcoming and kind. However our lack of Italian was a significant barrier to communication.
We were initially drawn by the look of the loggia at the front. Unfortunately it is cold in December and it rained the entire time of our stay.
Therefore we couldn’t use it.

Quiet farm stay. Air conditioned. Home made jams, marmalade, and wine. Fresh fruit grown on the property. Menagerie. Beautiful, friendly, and generous hosts Pina and Giovanni.

By far the best Masseria I have ever stayed in!
The family who run this place are so sweet and couldn't have done more for us. From the tour of the property, food supplied and everything in between.
Had such an amazing time here and would come back in a heart beat.
Mini fridge stocked with all fresh and local produce and lovely tables outside to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at.
Size of the room was perfect and had so many supplies.
Property was well maintained and great location to other towns in Puglia, great base location.

The property was authentic, clean and well kitted out with everything we needed.

We loved everything! Such a beautiful place.
Hosts were such Beautiful and welcoming people, they really made it a special place to stay.
There were so many nice little touches that made this place unforgettable. Breakfast in the fridge consisting of fresh fruits, cured meats, and eggs from the property. There was chilled pink champagne on arrival, and home made limoncello.
Immaculately clean and in such a great location on the edge of town, so you can easily walk in and see the centre.
We had an amazing stay, and I will not hesitate to book again if I return to Fasano.

Pina and Giovanni were the best hosts we ever had. They treated us like a family and we felt like at home at all times. They cared about us and made sure our stay was fantastic.

The breakfast and the meals we had with them were amazing, delicious, fresh and homemade. Offering endless delicious products made my them or from their harvest.

The location and the masseria were perfect, 15 to 20 min away (driving) to amazing towns and gorgeous beaches and less than 10 minute walk to Fasano centre with plenty of restaurants.

We didn’t want to leave! I would not change anything from it! Highly recommend

The stay at Cortebbianca itself is a vacation. A beautiful Masseria, hosted by the wonderful couple Miss Pina and Mr. Giovanni, and their family. The property is set within a very elaborate and diverse farm with so much Flora, Fauna and beauty. The rooms are done perfectly in a very stylish chic way, with a very well equipped kitchen / living room, Bathroom (stocked with handmade toiletries made with ingredients from the farm) and comfortable Bedroom, and a lot of local produce from the farm awaited us, be it for breakfast, herbs, olive oil, fruits or the house wine…
The patio area is also beautiful to just spend time in the outdoor. The entire space is social yet very private.

The best part is indeed the hospitality of Pina and Giovanni, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had some memorable conversations and they also invited us for a couple of dinners, and treated us to some very fine, delicious and authentic cuisine from the region, all prepared with so much love.

We would definitely recommend spending time at Cortebbianca if you plan to visit Puglia. The location is also perfect to explore a lot of central Puglia.

The property captures the beauty of puglia. Every little detail was perfect. Beautiful produce for breakfast which is from the garden itself. Homemade products for the bathroom infused with Rosemary. Extras such as local white wine in the fridge. Fresh figs and a gorgeous selection of treats for us to enjoy. We even had a taste of Pinas food for lunch one of of our days when we were home. A welcoming family, with fantastic hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is stunning all around and spotlessly clean.
We really found a gem in this place.

The location was great - just outside the town but a few minutes walk from everything you could need (including the central plaza). The apartment was lovely and very comfortable, as was the bed. What really made it was the generosity of the hosts, who looked after myself and other guests with fresh Italian food and other assistance, making the stay perfect. Would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful masseria in the countryside of Fasano, surrounded by the lush pugliese nature and its fruits - from olive trees to figs, peach trees to tomatoes, lavender, rosemary and more. All these products are offered to guests by the very kind Ms. Pina and her husband on a daily basis - very fresh and delicious. The apartment where we stayed is impeccable and equipped with all amenities - including air conditioning, indispensable in these abnormally hot days. The style of the furniture, furnishings and decorations of both the apartment and the other parts of the masseria is detailed, elegant and original, "shabby chic" style.
