Сподобався персонал, там працюють дуже привітні люди
Номер прибраний і охайний. В цілому готель відповідає своїм 4 🌟 Найбільше сподобалось в СПА, заради цього туди і їхала

Pros:

Неймовірний готель. Сюди хочеться повернутись ще раз. Привітний персонал, затишне СПА, смачні сніданки.

СПА не забите було, якісне. Дуже гарний терапевт у медцентрі.

Cons:

Їздив з дівчиною як військовий. Оскільки держава оплачує двухмісний номер тільки для одружених пар, забронював і оплатив повну вартість за двомісний номер для ДВОХ. При заселенні мені дають сірий браслет (як для військових), їй білий, як для комерційних гостей. Виявилося що це означає різні їдальні. Ну то таке, проїхали. Далі - обслуговування номеру, на другий день була неозброєним оком потреба замінити простирадло. Ліжко тупо застелили. Звернувся до жіночки яка прибирала у нас в номері, кажу треба поміняти постіль, я доплачу окремо якщо потрібно. Вона відповіла, що справа не в грошах, а в тому що "правило є правило - постіль міняється раз в три дні". Пообіцяла поміняти, так і не поміняла. Ми виїжджали на наступний день, тож не стали уже сваритися.
