Comfortable bed and breakfast for exploring Lecce.
Pros:

Perfect location, interesting building and rooms. Spacious with a very comfortable bed and a useful kitchenette. Wonderful breakfast buffet - thank you Giulia! Very helpful receptionist who did everything she could to make us comfortable - thank you Maria!

Cons:

The shower had some mould around the base and it took a very long time for the water to run warm.

Amazing location right in the old town with close walking distance to everything. But still was quiet. I would stay here
Pros:

We absolutely loved this property! The architecture and design were absolutely Stunning! The breakfast was lovely and the rooftop patio so charming.
Our unit had a spectacular terrace that was huge. The receptionist, Flavia was so kind and helpful. She made it the perfect stay!

No working elevator no HVAC No Hot water
Pros:

other than the location nothing. Non working elevator unton our arrival. Then no AC in our room than no hot water. We were forced to leave early and find a new hotel.

Cons:

No AC, no hot water, no elevator, and downgraded to a studio at full price — avoid this place.

We booked a two-bedroom, two-bath for our family of four. The elevator was broken on arrival, the AC didn’t work, and the owner told us to “just open the windows” in 92°F heat. We were then downgraded to a studio but charged the same, and the next day moved again into another unit with no hot water. The owner said “cold showers were fine” — unacceptable with two kids.

We had to leave mid-vacation to find another hotel. This was a complete failure to deliver the promised room, amenities, and basic customer care.

Éviter la chambre n. 4 dans cet établissement bien centré.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’établissement est idéal pour visiter Lecce. Carmen et Flavia sont adorables. Elles ont illuminé notre séjour à Lecce. Un grand merci à elles !

Cons:

Nous avons dormi dans la chambre n.4. Mieux vaut éviter cette chambre: elle est vraiment très bruyante (route très fréquentée même si c’est une zone soit-disant à trafic limité et bar bruyant juste sous les fenêtres ) et le lit double est très très inconfortable (chaque mouvement d’un des dormeurs est ressenti par l’autre).

We loved this place from the moment we entered; it had a great feel about it, which deepened as the days passed and we became better acquainted with the staff, the surroundings and Lecce in general. We cannot recommend Lu Leccio highly enough - it's impossible not to like this gorgeously curated facility.
