Superbe séjour de remise au ski après vingt ans avec des gens qu'on aime.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse. Central par rapport aux remontées mécaniques . Temps magnifique

Les deux batiments de chaque coté de la rue ne reflêtent pas la valeur de l'ensemble

Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Der Service im Restaurant war verlangsamt und wirkte unkoordieniert. Für einen Kaffee haben wir bis zu 15min gewartet. Allgemein war die Wartezeit eher lange bis bestellt werden konnte. Das Essen kam leider nicht gleichzeitig an oder ging teilweise vergessen.

Erwachsenen Wellness sehr schön

Cons:

Sauberkeit (Treppenhaus, Gänge) sehr fragwürdig.
Bilder hängen nicht mehr richtig an der Wand.
Fitnessraum in die Jahre gekommen und funktioniert teilweise nicht.
Skiraum Technik immer wieder defekt.
Verwechslungen bei den Sitzplätzen im Restaurant.
Familiensauna läuft oft nur teilweise und auf aufforderung.
Zimmer nicht wircklich sauber, Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

Traumhaft, im Brandnertal meine erste Wahl!
Pros:

Sehr modern. Ich habe ein Upgrade auf eine 60 Quadratmeter Suite bekommen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit typischen lokalen Spezialitäten.

I come back here and bring family and friends. Brand is beautiful. I come off season also when few are here.
Pros:

5th stay at property. location is ideal for hiking or for those skier type people.

Cons:

Beautiful location, relaxing stay
Pros:

Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Room was a good size, with balcony and very clean. Staff were friendly. Restaurant attached to the property served good food on a set menu, which was reasonably priced (55 Euros for a 4 course menu).

Cons:

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, particularly the pillows which needed to be replaced really (it did occur to me afterwards I should have asked for more pillows).
The spa facilities were good but crowded at times/ noisy, including the area which was supposed to be quiet.

Cons:

Das Bad könnte ein Upgrade gebrauchen Die Tür lässt sich mit Kraft schließen und die Heizkörper hatten schon bessere Zeiten! ( Ich würde trotzdem wieder kommen!)
