Pokój z łóżkiem piętrowym to mała klitka bez szafki. Naprzeciw kamienicy jest park w którym urzędują i śpią żule a na ulicy "pracują" transwestyci do towarzystwa ale samo wejście jest bezpieczne dzięki portierowi, którzy czuwa całą dobę. Policja też często patroluje okolicę.

Es fehlte an einer Garderobe und an Geschirrtüchern. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern nicht geeignet, da sich die Wohnung im Rotlichtmillieu befindet.

Nuestra primera impresión del área no fue buena, pues llegamos por la noche y la calle aledaña es zona roja; el parque de enfrente estaba lleno de trabajadoras. A pesar de eso, se puede transitar por la zona durante la noche, pues debido a los bares y restaurantes cercanos, hay mucho movimiento y vida nocturna. Por otra parte, la cocina es muy reducida, con los espacios muy justos, y el baño tenía moho en el techo. Si tienes el sueño ligero, escucharás ruidos de la calle y de otros departamentos del edificio. La lavandería está en el último piso y no hay elevador.

The wood floors creeked and I felt bad for the people under our place. The bedroom facing the street was extremely loud. The cops/ security had their sirens and/or emergency red & blue lights flashing every night we were there.
Be warned - don't stay in the bedroom facing the street because you will NOT sleep!
Also, the cleaning lady will be there exactly at 11 am and will wait outside the door until you leave. She was generous enough to give us 5 minutes to leave (the time needed to call the owner and let them know that we were still in the house).

The area, this location is not that safe, somehow.
Taking Uber in the evening is the better option.

The bed on the street side was very squeaky and noisy. This made it difficult to sleep.

The water was out on three days out of 8 and was a major inconvenience. No notice was provided even though it appeared to be related to planned work in the building.

The floors are as squeaky and some make a knocking sound. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be a good place for you.

As is typical in Mexico a non-functioning safe was included.

Persistent cigarette smoke in the living room during the day, seeping in from smokers just outside our ground floor apartment, even with windows closed.

Beds are a nightmare – the cheapest, noisiest spring mattresses imaginable. Every tiny movement causes a racket, waking up everyone. Add to that, in February, the sheets were quite cold. A space heater helped slightly but required constant adjustments in the middle of the night.

Unwelcome guest on arrival – we were greeted by a spider dangling from the ceiling like a chandelier.

Bathroom issues galore – the water heater ran out of hot water every two minutes. You literally have to switch off the shower, wait, then turn it back on mid-bath. 

Maintenance problems – loose tiles in the living room, a missing bulb in one of the two bedrooms, and ceiling fans that only worked at freezing speeds (3 or 5).

Power limitations – both bedroom space heaters couldn't be used at the same time without tripping the fuse (at least the fuse box was accessible).

Noisy nights – constant disturbances throughout the night from outside and from the floor above us. Bring earplugs if you still plan on staying here.

Annoying creaks everywhere – from the cupboards to the beds, every movement felt amplified.

No room service – expect to make your own bed and reuse the same towel all week. While it’s not a hotel, the price suggests otherwise.

Building WiFi was not working when we arrived, but was fixed while we were there. The area is not where many tourists stay, but was safe and within walking distance of tourist areas. May not be ideal for novice, solo travelers.

Noisy and slightly uncomfortable beds, no food storage, combined living room and kitchen with small cooking and eating area. (Can’t imagine 4 persons enjoying it). Overall security is good but barred windows do not have emergency release. Was slightly stuffy at check in but ventilation was good overall. Loud ceiling fans so probably not a good choice during hot weather (May/June).

Communication with management was very poor - laundry was offered by appointment but no reply to multiple messages requesting appointment. However local launderer within 2 blocks is cheap and good so if they're not going to respond to offered amenities that aren't needed then why offer?
