Pros:

Отзывчивый персонал который разговаривает на нескольких языках (русский, турецкий, английский и тд). Чистый красивый номер. Отличное месторасположение. Все понравилось, вернусь еще!

Staff muy bien, limpieza muy mal.
Pros:

El personal ha sido muy amable y la ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

El estado de la instalaciones y la limpieza, a pesar de poner el cartel para que lo limpiaran y cambiaran toallas no lo hicieron en toda nuestra estancia de 3 días.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение отеля. Рядом остановка Т1, пешком близко и до Таксим и до Каракëй. С балкона вид на город: виден шпиль Галатской башни и собор Св. Антония Падуанского и боковой вид на Галатапорт и Босфор. В номере есть чайник. После выезда разрешили до вечера оставить багаж в лобби.

Cons:

В номере бы не помешал небольшой столик для приёма завтрака

Basic, but everything you need just don’t be fussy, great value for what you are paying!
Pros:

The staff were super accommodating and very friendly. Every time I entered the hotel I was greeted and asked if everything was okay. My room was basic, but had everything you needed, including a fridge and working air conditioning. The bed was especially comfy.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bathroom could do with updating a little and it wouldn’t take too much. The shower head was broken and water was flowing from everywhere and the shower head rail kept coming off from the wall everytime I turned the shower on. The celling was peeling and needs a repaint, the seals were all mouldy and the hair dryer cords were fraying and showing the live and neutral cables underneath, in my opinion very dangerous if one of those cables is slightly broken. A little TLC of the bathroom would greatly improve the score of the hotel because everything else was absolutely fine.

The hotel has great location. It’s next to many places we love during our trip including Galata tower, Garagoy and Galata port.
There is a Kebab shop in front of the hotel which appears to be the best food we had in Istanbul.

Cons:

The hotel can be a bit cleaner then it will be perfect.

Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena y la experiencia en general fue muy positiva. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, con espacio suficiente para descansar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. Además, las ventanas aíslan muy bien el ruido exterior, por lo que se puede dormir con total tranquilidad. Las cortinas opacas también son un gran acierto, ya que impiden que entre la luz y ayudan a descansar mejor.
Lo que más nos gustó fue, sin duda, el personal de recepción. Fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y nos ayudaron con cualquier consulta o recomendación que necesitábamos. Su trato cercano y profesional marcó realmente la diferencia y es uno de los aspectos que recordaremos con más cariño del hotel.
La ubicación es otro de sus grandes puntos fuertes. La zona de Galata es, en nuestra opinión, una de las mejores para alojarse en Estambul: tiene muchísimo ambiente, está bien conectada y cuenta con una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafeterías y comercios a pocos minutos a pie.
Las camas eran muy cómodas y permitían descansar perfectamente. Además, el wifi funcionó muy bien durante toda la estancia, algo que siempre se agradece. Teniendo en cuenta la ubicación, las instalaciones y el excelente trato recibido, la relación calidad-precio nos pareció muy buena. En general, todo fue muy bien y disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Un hotel muy recomendable, especialmente por la atención de su personal y su fantástica ubicación.

Cons:

La limpieza era inexistente, cambiaban las toallas y nada más. En 6 dias nunca barrieron la habitación y la cama la hicieron tres días de seis. El baño nunca lo llegaron a limpiar en esos 6 dias y si lo hicieron pues no se notó, ademas los amenities del baño eran escasos.

Cons:

Mijn verblijf was helaas minder prettig door de gebrekkige schoonmaakservice. Gedurende vier dagen is mijn kamer geen enkele keer schoongemaakt, terwijl ik dat wel had verwacht van een hotel. Hierdoor bleef afval liggen en werd de badkamer niet gereinigd. Ook werden de handdoeken niet vervangen; ik moest zelf naar de receptie gaan om schone handdoeken te halen. Dit vond ik erg teleurstellend en niet passend bij de service die je van een hotel mag verwachten. Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar het ontbreken van de schoonmaak heeft mijn ervaring aanzienlijk negatief beïnvloed.

Очень хороший отель, есть русскоговорящий персонал, в номере чисто и красиво, терасса с шикарным видом. Расположение очень удачное рядом трамвайная остановка и галаторорт. До Галатской башни очень близко до парома 2 остановки на трамвае. Я бы порекомендовала этот отель своим знакомым. Отель очень понравился. Спасибо!
