Pros:

Habitación completa, muy buena atención y amabilidad por parte de los dos recepcionistas.
Está muy céntrico y con el tranvía al lado para poder moverte con facilidad. En definitiva de 10 y por un muy buen precio.

Location was optimal for moving around easily, , close to metro, tram lanes, and ferry.

Istanbul is such a wonderful city that a few issues with the accommodation didn't bother us

An typical small hotel in Istanbul, given the price we paid. The room is fine, and the terrace is perfect for morning coffee and a break after exploring the city. The location is very good, right next to the tram station and the Galata Tower. There are countless restaurants and cafes in the area to suit every taste, and despite the surrounding noise, it’s very quiet and comfortable for sleeping.

Cons:

During the four nights we spent there, the housekeeping staff never came by. The terrace is great, but because of the number of seagulls flying around it and pooping on it, it looks pretty dirty and neglected.

Pros:

Locatie was top, en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding was ook prima. Personeel was heel behulpzaam. En ze waren ook altijd bereikbaar via whatsapp.
Ik zou zelf deze hotel zo weer boeken, maar dan wel een kamer met uitzicht ( deze optie was er ook maar dan wel iets duurder )

Cons:

ik had een kamer zonder uitzicht geboekt. Niet wetende dat de enige raam in de kamer een kleine raam die uit kwam naar een lichtschacht. Dus helemaal niks, dus ook geen frisse lucht of uitzicht.

Хотелът се намира на страхотна локация. Служителят, който ни настани, беше изключително любезен, говорещ перфектен английски. Стаята беше каквато е на снимките, чиста, достатъчно голяма. Спалнята беше голяма и с много удобен матрак. Банята също беше достатъчно голяма и чиста. При следващото ми посещение в Истанбул със сигурност бих си запазила отново този хотел.

Очень понравился отель. Уютно,чисто и самое главное это то,что нет такой слышимости,как обычно в Стамбуле. Либо нам так повезло, либо очень было тихо.
Также менеджер отеля на ресепшене очень душевный и отзывчивый,прекрасно говорит по-русски,все расскажет и поможет,чем сможет.

Sehr gute Lage für ein paar Tage

Die Lage und der Preis der Unterkunft waren sehr gut. Auch die Zimmergröße war sehr angenehm

Cons:

Leider war das Hotelbett nicht so bequem, also länger als 3 Tage würde ich nicht empfehlen. Leider war die Zimmerdecke sehr niedrig, wodurch man sich öfter als große Person (1.90m) angeschlagen hat 😅 Und wir waren sehr verwundert, dass der Zimmerservice all unsere Sachen vom Tisch in Schubladen verräumt und unsere Kleidung und Koffer verstaut hat in den Schränken, ohne dass wir das gewünscht haben - fanden wir an der Stelle etwas unangebracht, da man nicht unbedingt möchte dass das Personal die eigenen Sachen anfasst.
