Excelente pero con falencias
Pros:

muy lindo hotel, especialmente las habitaciones. Lamentablemente el personal del restaurant le falta amabilidad.
La principal falencia fue por lejos el aire acondicionado en la habitación muy malo, la temperatura estuvo muy alta y no se podía bajar. Tuvimos que abrir la ventana para poder bajar la temperatura durante la noche

Pros:

Hotel em excelente ponto, muito limpo e alto padrão. Porem tive alguns problemas.

1° - No momento da reserva, nao estava explícito que não teria uma cama extra para a minha filha e o valor cobrado parq adicionar mais uma cama era um absurdo, praticamente uma nova diária.

2 - A diaria informava claramente que eu tinha direito ao almoço, porem sentei com minha familia no restaurante e fui perguntar sobre esse ponto e falaram que era somente o café, passando uma situação constrangedora. No dia seguinte, me chamaram e pediram desculpas e que de fato eu tinha o almoço incluído, porem fiquei tão decepcionado que não almocei mais nenhum dia no hotel.

3 - O ar condicionado dos quartos é um pouco confuso, pois marca duas temperaturas, poderiam explicar ou deixar um informativo mais claro no quarto.

No geral é um bom hotel, apesar de ter passado pela situação da cama e do almoço, creio que voltaria.

Aúnque situada en el centro el Debaines hotel es muy conveniente como oferta de lujo en Santiago. Buena para caminar y accéder a destino del centro como viaje de negocios como de placer.

Cold showers in winter, looks nice, hidden issues
Pros:

Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting, because they hand guests a menu with expensive prices on it without saying anything, which I'm sure is very confusing for many guests and makes very little sense.

Pros:

Estadia maravilhosa. O hotel eh novo e muito bem montado. Cama excelente, decoração primorosa. Fica no Centro, o que eh um ponto positivo para quem visita Santiago a primeira vez e quer fazer todos os principais pontos turísticos caminhando. Também eh próximo de várias estações de metrô. Café da manhã muito bom. Um ponto de atenção eh que a água demora pra esquentar, o que eh desconfortável no inverno.
