Für ein Kurzaufenthalt in Düsseldorf das richtige Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage und man kommt direkt mit der UBahn vom Hotel in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Für Müsli/Obstauswahl war ok. Hätte mir dort eine größere Auswahl gewünscht. Kaffeeautomat gab es nur einen. Extra Wasserflaschen wurden nicht angeboten. Bei den Eiern wurde nicht ausgewiesen, ob Freiland/Bio oder Stallhaltung.

Great location near Little Tokyo, but terrible housekeeping and unprofessional management
Pros:

The location was great for our needs. We wanted to be within walking distance of Little Tokyo, which this hotel perfectly fulfilled with a short 10-minute walk. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end for me.

Cons:

There is no room service, and upon check-in, we were told that housekeeping must be requested. After my daughter accidentally spilled juice on the sofa bed (which was quite uncomfortable and suitable only for a small child), I requested cleaning in the morning. To my shock, nothing was done by the evening—the bed was still wet and unmade. When I went to the reception, I was told no cleaners were available. The receptionist was nice and gave me clean linens, but I had to change the bed myself. Later, I realized we also needed towels and toilet paper, meaning I had to constantly think about what was missing and ask for it repeatedly. Despite requesting service for the following day again, nobody ever showed up. Even for a non-luxury hotel, basic housekeeping should function properly.Furthermore, the cleanliness was poor. The carpet was only vacuumed in the middle of the room, while there was visible dirt and dust under the furniture and bed. Dust was also present on the table, mirror, and headboard. Lastly, while waiting for a taxi in the lobby, I witnessed a manager aggressively arguing with a cleaner over a vacuum. This arrogant behavior was highly unprofessional and should never happen in front of guests.

Bello ritornare a Düsseldorf
Pros:

Al rientro ci siamo resi conto che la camera non era stata sistemata, abbiamo chiesto alla reseption e ci é stato detto che é la nuova politica degli hotel premier inn, capiamo la politica ma avremmo dovuto essere avvisati subito. Nulla di grave, la camera é stata comunque sistemata.
