From Dusseldorf Hauptbahnhof, the hotel is a 15-minute walk away - or you could hop in a taxi. From Dusseldorf Airport, the easiest way to reach the hotel is by jumping on a tramm to the city centre. If you're arriving by car, head south on the A44 motorway and then follow the B8 to Am Wehrhahn.

Pros:

Sauber, die Lage ist super, nicht weit vom Hbf. Wir haben den Ort schnell zu Fuß gefunden. An der Rezeption war sehr angenehme Frau: hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Pros:

Ontbijt, was uitstekend. Bed was prima.

Cons:

De medewerker die ons moest inchecken kan het woord klantvriendelijk waarschijnlijk wel schrijven maar niet weten wat het betekent. Toen hij voor de tweede keer mijn naam niet verstond schreeuwde hij: buchstabieren!!!! In de badkamer bleek er geen wc papier te zijn en was de afvalemmer vol. Kortom niet wat wij van deze keten gewend zijn.

Veldig behagelige senger. Likte de mest av alt. Også fint rom med nødvendige fasiliteter.

Cons:

Likte minst at det var dårlig trykk på vannet og sparedusj. Det tok også lang tid før vannet endret temperatur om man justerte på temperaturen.

Ruhige, saubere Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben am Samstag morgen um 9.30 Uhr gefrühstückt und es war ziemlich chaotisch. Viele Plätze waren nicht abgeräumt. Freie Plätze waren nicht wieder eingedeckt. Am Buffet gab es auch kein Besteck mehr und Pers war weit und breit nicht zu sehen. Das war ein schade.

Es war wirklich sauber und das Personal war Sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das schlimmste gleich bei Ankuft:
21€ für 1 Tag parken im Hotel Parkhaus. Katastrophal und frech! Super Enge Parkplätze noch dazu. Für den Hotel Preis sollte das Parken inklusive sein oder gegen eine kleine Gebühr. Wenn ich die Parkgebühren zu den Zimmerkosten addiere, hätte ich ein Luxus 4 Sterne Hotel, mit Kostenlosem Parken haben können.

Die Klimaanlage war “gedrosselt” und hat so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert, Fenster öffnen war keine gute Idee da es, durch die unvorteilhafte Lage, 24 Stunden extrem Laut war (Straßenbahnen, Autos und Passanten), also sind wir im Zimmer eingegangen.

Die Matratze war viel zu weich, man hing richtig drin und dadurch war der Schlaf zusätzlich schlecht.

Außerdem hätte ich wenigstens 1 Wasserflasche als Begrüßung erwartet. Viele Gäste reisen nach mehreren Stunden Reise an (ich zum Beispiel), das ist mittlerweile gang und gebe. Leider musste man für Wasser viel Geld bezahlen.

Als Bonus war der Fernseher auch voll eingeschränkt! Nicht einmal Youtube war abrufbar, von Mobil auf den TV streamen war auch nicht möglich, lächerlich. Nur knapp 50 Kanäle in schlechter Qualität.
