Hardly there is someone in the reception. Most of the time I need to call someone to come and serve. The room was never cleaned despite I made the request twice. I changed my own towels, bedding never changed and I was cleaning my own bin.

Excellent service from Shareef. He is very prompt in his service and he ensures that every customer is well taken care especially during breakfast. In fact, every staff in this hotel is very friendly and all of them go beyond the mile to extend their help to customers. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We've stayed here several times and found it great, but tonight we got the dreaded room 817. The extractor fan sits directly above the room and pretty much vibrates the room all the way through the night. No sleep for anyone.

Stayed there for couple of nights for business meeting. The venue was close to the hotel. The room was good. Staff were brilliant. Highly recommend

I recently stayed at this hotel for a three-night trip and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at check-in. I had pre-booked a specific room type, but when I arrived late that evening, the night manager refused to give me the room I reserved. What made the situation worse was the attitude I encountered—he was not pleasant to deal with and offered no apology or explanation for the mix-up.
After a long day of travel, this lack of courtesy and professionalism was really frustrating. The rest of the stay was fine, but the initial impression set a negative tone that could have easily been avoided with better communication and a more respectful approach.
I hope management addresses this so future guests are treated with more consideration.

Clean well sized room. comfy bed and quiet room. brief stay but great friendly staff and able to leave left luggage. no idea of parking or food as didnt use.

We love this Premier Inn and stay at least a couple of times a year. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean and comfy, but what really makes it great are the staff. Particular shout outs to Amrit, who always recognises us and looks after us admirably, and to Farhana, who looked after us for the two nights we ate at the restaurant, and whose service was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to seeing you both again.

Great breakfast, both cooked and continental, all items were available. Selection of hot and cold drinks also great. Speedy service Thanks to server Shareef.

Hotel experience was good. Restaurant staff is very friendly, and helpful. Shareef was very helpful at breakfast service. Will visit again.

Shareed served us and he made the experience so lovely. He was professional and kind. I would really recommend. The breakfast was lovely and the room was clean.

We are giving Premier Inn Edgware 3 stars. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we didn’t feel very welcomed. The receptionist told us that our booking was “not actually valid,” but that he would let it go this time. This was quite strange and confusing for us, as everything had been properly booked and paid for in advance.

We were also given a room designed for guests with special needs, which was not the room type we had booked or wanted. The stay itself was fine overall, but the check-in experience unfortunately affected our impression of the hotel.

REPEAT CUSTOMER - Pleased with the service and comfort provided at a great price. Only small disappointment is the Bar Area .. seating here needs a major renovation. Seating is tired and dated, showing signs of wear and tear

It was great the food everything and the room service I eat curry with chicken and rice served by ambrit and ruchik.and the breakfast was great too

Arrived having paid for early check-in - no staff member present. One family said they’d been waiting 20 mins. I waited around 8-10 mins; some arrived and said they’d check in lady was on her break and would be along shortly, which they were. Nice Premier Plus room.

Next morning I left for the day at 9 am and wanted to request that my room be serviced - no one around in reception… so I went to the restaurant. Member of staff wrote down my room details into her phone. I think it was the lady who had checked me in. In fact I returned to my room as didn’t need my jacket and saw a member of cleaning staff so I told her I’d requested that the room be cleaned, told her room number, showed her the room and told her that check in lady had made a note of it.

Returned that night, room untouched….. so no nice tea, clean glasses and mugs, Green and Blacks chocolate, water in fridge etc.

Left the next morning around 8.45 am, no one to talk to at reception so…

All in all, a bit haphazard. Short staffed. Otherwise “ok”.

Excellent clean premier plus room. Easy parking. Friendly helpful staff. Close to the tube station with good food and a nice restaurant and bar. We would stay again.
A star docked as I was never offered the code for the free ultimate WiFi which came with the premier plus room. When I asked for this the next morning the receptionist could not log on and asked me to go back an hour later. I didn’t bother as we were going out sightseeing. Otherwise highly recommended!

Nice room with basic services but no complaint. Spacious shower and good quality soap.

Lack of a wardrobe so ok for short stay. Wi-Fi is too slow to be used.
