Pros:

Al llegar nos atendieron muy bien, nos dieron upgrade y la habitación resultó muy cómoda y completa, con hervidor, café y té. Además había opción de almohada.

Cons:

Como en otros hoteles el aseo es opcional. Nos parece que se debería instruir cómo resolver el manejo de basura.

Pros:

まず、色々良くない点を挙げてはいるものの、総じて満足でさ。
スタッフが親切。
部屋はツインといいつつ実際はベッドを横に並べているのでタブル感があってよかった。
朝食がめちゃくちゃおいしくて最高。

Cons:

下で販売してるお菓子や飲み物が高すぎる。
ロビーは多分冷房効いてなくて昼間にかけて暑くなる。
風呂のドアが中途半端に下に隙間が空いているので、結局ビチョビチョになる。
タオルの交換や掃除は基本申告制で、自動的にはやってくれない。
清潔感あったのですが、滞在中ベッドにヒルがいてびっくりした。自分がどこかから持ってきたのか、元々いたのかは不明。

Alles gut und noch immer gut!
Pros:

Immer noch gut - und konstant gut. Andere Premiers sollten sich ein Beispiel nehmen.

Cons:

Da ich so oft schon übernachtet habe brauche ich ein anderes Zimmer welches ich bereits hatte mir die Zimmernummer nicht einfällt - Ende des Flures 4./5.

Good hotel with everything you need for a stay in Frankfurt.
Pros:

Very nice hotel room, very comfortable bed and small couch, but also comfortable, especially to work on it. Small supermarket in the lobby is also very practical. Can recommend.

Cons:

The location isn't perfect, it is quite far from the city center + the subway is an 8 minute walk. When trying to sleep, I could hear some neighbours talk.
