Everything was perfect. But best of all was the service. All the staff were wonderful and have to give a special mention to Tina who went above and beyond with kindness and friendliness.
We would love to return.

A marvellous hotel equalled by friendly staff. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was very good. My only regret was not having a meal there as sadly there’s no decent places to eat in the city.

Friendly staff, nice, quiet hotel (though we did stay in November, so not over busy), comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Very convenient for the city centre.

Stayed for a few days with family for daughters 21st birthday who is a student in Sheffield. Our elderly mother suffers with Dementia and can be a handful.

All the staff were extremely helpful throughout but would like a special call out to Sascha, Chris and the lovely lady that was on breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning, we didn't catch her name but she was a superstar.

Have stayed before and will stay again as offers great value for money but more I.oortantly its run by staff who genuinely care about people making sure our stay was memorable.

Tina couldn’t have done more to help us and her colleague was also so lovely plus the man at breakfast too.
Nothing was too much trouble and I witnessed Tina and her colleague talking to other guests about so many different things also and they dealt with everyone and everything with patience, warmth and a great professionalism. What a great team and we will make sure we come back.
Food was perfect and really lovely dinner this evening. Thanks to chef Gary.

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff. It's in a great location. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Just don't go if you have a car! Car parking is challenging and the instructions on the website are incorrect. Although I spoke to someone in the hotel I still ended up paying £24 for 13 hours parking. Absolutely disgraceful.

We have stayed in Premier inns up and down the country. You are usually guaranteed a comfy bed, nice wash facilities and decent breakfast. However, this one far surpassed the usual.....upon arrival the reception area was in a welcoming lounge area with a nearby bar with good music playing. The room was ultra modern and even had a dining table with 2 chairs, double shower and large tv central to the bed.
The staff were very happy in their work and friendly. We had a few drinks in the bar on return from a night out and it was lovely and had a great ambience. Breakfast was good and 12pm check out was very good even though we left at 10am.

Close to center of Sheffield. Clean rooms. Good to be able to choose to have room cleaned or not, staying 3 nights you dont really need cleaning done or new towels etc.

Inexpensive parking, quiet room, all the staff from booking in to leaving were very friendly and knowledgeable the restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and very hard working , multi tasking if needed .

Lovely meal, Kris was very helpful and Sasha was very attentive.
We definitely recommend to stay and dine. Great experience.

The self check-in process was smooth, with no waiting at all. The room’s design is superb and neat—very minimalist indeed. The bathroom was clean as well. If I come back to Sheffield, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

4 of us stayed here middle of September for a nearby wedding, the rooms and staff were all great! Taxi advice great, we got uber.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was excellent value. We received a warm and friendly welcome and the room was above what we expected.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn St Mary’s Gate, Sheffield, and was really impressed. The room was spotless and very quiet at night, which made for a great night’s sleep. The restaurant was also immaculate, serving delicious food that was freshly cooked and piping hot. Breakfast was just as lovely, with plenty of choice.

What really stood out, though, was the staff — every single person I encountered was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make the stay extra special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

This was an excellent Premier Inn in our opinion. Well-located for us with parking on-site at £6. Very comfy room and bed. Quiet. Excellent breakfast with good cooked food, inc. eggs cooked to order. Nice dining room with helpful staff. Reception staff all pleasant and helpful.

Great stay at premier inn Sheffield, although busy there was never a lack of smiles or friendliness.
Food was lovely & overall a great stay.

Good hotel for the cost of the stay. Parking cost very reasonable.
