Premier Inn Leamington Spa Town Centre

Great location right on High street close to shops and restaurants.
Friendly staff.
Spotlessly clean and very warm and comfortable.

Receptionist Ellis was amazing nothing was too much to ask. Very welcoming environment. Spotless clean. Very comfy beds.

Right in the centre lovely room hotel good shower . Very big bed would stay again and was good price . Weather let it down poured down all day but still hotel was great

The best thing about our 2 night stay was the room was clean and very comfortable (which is why I have given a 2 star review.

When we arrived there was not one at reception and we waited along with another guest for at least 5 minutes. One she appeared the receptionist was polite and friendly. She was one of the exceptions as other than the breakfast restaurant staff we found the rest of the staff completely uninterested and couldn't even be bothered to greet you with a good morning.

Don't be fooled by the free wifi which is so slow it is absolutely useless. It took be 2 minutes to download 3 emails and the bet speed I obtained was 0.7mbps which is not fit for purpose.

As hotel guests we went to the hotel restaurant for an evening meal but as we hadn't booked we could not get a table even though the restaurant was nowhere near full. When the staff member went to ask the manager if he could give us a table the manager just shrugged, gave a dismissive wave of his arm and couldn't even be bothered to speak to us. We had an excellent meal at an Italian restaurant up the road and when we returned to the hotel the restaurant still had empty tables.

When we went to checkout there was no one at reception again. An alarm went off but no one appeared and after nearly 10 minutes we went outside to wait for out taxi just to get away from the noise of the alarm.

In the past I have generally found the Premier Inn chain good value for money but not on this occasion.

For a short stay in Leamington Spa, the Premier Inn is ideal. It is close to shops, cafes and restaurants and also to the pump room and park and gardens. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the reasonably priced breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great. The room was not so good this time. It was not easy to access as although it was on the 2nd floor it was only accessible by a flight of stairs from the first floor! My husband has bad knees so it wasn't great 😕
There were no staff available at the desk to speak to and noone responded to the bell!
The room was very small and we had nowhere to put our bags really! We also only had one set of towels in the bathroom. It seemed to be a single person's room for the 2 of us! Glad it was only 1 night really!

Second time staying here upon a visit to Leamington Spa and just as good as our first visit!

Lovely and welcoming staff when we got here check in was quick and easy. Room was good, fantastic sized bathroom and shower good. Bed very comfy too although a bit high off the floor and wish the air con was better as I was really hot in the night.

All of that said that’s just my opinion.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location to explore all that Leamington Spa has to offer and will return here again when we come back again in the future.

Didn’t sleep very well pillows very hard. Spare ones supposed to be soft but they too were hard, plus the pillow cases were dirty. Went to the receptionist but wasn’t very helpful” if you haven’t got any therefore you haven’t got any “ very attentive ???

The best Premier Inn I have stayed in to date.Amazing staff.

Excellent, quiet, comfortable room with a good bathroom. I especially appreciated the dressing table station with hairdryer, mirror and light.

Good service from friendly staff and meals were fine. Parking and access was good. Positioning of the hotel was good and offered a peaceful stay.

After a pleasant day in leamington. Book in 3pm.arrived at 2.45 pm 15 minutes early,told room ready, but if use it £15 charge.WHAT..or sit and wait.great customer service.

The Premier Inn is in an excellent town-centre location but the nearest parking is a walk round the back and is now very expensive for 24 hour parking. The room was large, clean, well laid out and quite well equipped for a short stay. The bed was big and good, the shower very good but the room thermostat was a little temperamental. We had breakfast and that was convenient and good.

Staff excellent. Rooms great. Location amazing for bars, restaurants, shops. If you have a blue badge you can park outside. Limited spaces. Julia in restaurant and Ellis in reception so good.

Stayed in room 137. Dreadful humming noise all day and night from some sort of industrial machine right outside the room.
Television could hardly be heard as preset to 15.
When we asked for the code so that we could bring up the sound - mainly to drown out the dreadful noise - we were basically told no one, not even the manager, knew what the code was.
The first lady we spoke to told us they had never had anyone else complain about the noise - I suggested she read Trip Adviser reviews as it was mentioned on there.
Really the most uncomfortable stay we have ever had at a Premier Inn and what was worse than the constant droning sound was the fact that staff didn’t seem to care.

Absolutely pristine clean, staff really friendly. Had a fantastic stay for Warwickshire pride and of course Bowls England. First night at 3am fire alarm went off so had to run outside wasn’t a problem quite funny it was false alarm.

Hotel na rua principal de Leamigton Spa . Perto de comércio e restaurantes . Fiquei em um quarto quádruplo confortável e silencioso .Chuveiro com banheira . Atendimento fraco e limpeza idem . Tinha que solicitar até meio-dia a arrumação do quarto, senão só no dia seguinte !

Excellent stay. Staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food great in the evening and breakfast. Rooms clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Will be back!

Surprisingly very quiet in the room. Rooms have air conditioning but you have to park your car on street.

Superb central local and staff were so supportive and helpful. I was staying with my wife for our 22nd Wedding Anniversary.
From the moment we first arrived Ellis and his team went the extra mile to make us feel very special.
Massive thank you to all the staff.
We go away to different locations each year and the service we received here was better than ever, and we have stayed in some prestigious hotel around the country!
