Was the worst experience ever. Not good for dinner, told cannot order in and eat on the premises, not like I can go home and cook myself. Staff rude about breakfast. Walls all dirty, saw a few spiders. Not a great experience
Great location with lovely view of Furzton Lake. Plenty of parking which was free. Lovely warm welcome by Reception. Large rooms with really comfy bed and tea/coffee making facilities. Super fluffy towels in the bathroom. Breakfast room located just off the reception, we paid the extra for the cooked breakfast which was well worth the money, friendly welcoming staff. The Hungry Horse opposite is linked by a corridor on the ground floor, perfect for when the weather isn't. Nice quiet location, will be booking a stay again next year.
Pros - setting is perfect with lovely lake views, short drive to shops/restaurants, lots of free parking. Breakfast was spot on, all food was hot and well presented (GF catered for). Cheap stay even with early check-in and breakfast. Good peaceful sleep.
Cons- service at reception was slow, check in took a while, rooms are dated and could be cleaner.
Very clean room.
No loud surrounding noises at night.
Super happy friendly staff.
Comfortable beds.
Wifi is a problem though, had to keep logging on also tried to add £5 for wifi??? Come on bit much.
This Premier Inn sits in a beautiful location by Furzton Lake, which is a lovely place for a constitutional walk of an evening.
It has a breakfast room, staffed by the wonderful Sue and Karen, who not only serve up a great breakfast, but do it with a laugh and a smile. A great start to the working day
We had an overall great experience here!
When we first checked in, we were given a room that had a drainage problem producing a really bad smell. When we asked to switch rooms, there was a new boy on reception but he handled it amazingly despite it being his first time and got us a new room which had no issues.
At breakfast on Sunday, there was only 2 kitchen staff running a really busy room. They were so accommodating and we had a great morning, but I don’t think it’s fair for them to be put in that position, running a kitchen and seating people/cleaning tables.
The hotel was shabby, unclean and generally will benefit from some maintenance and a deep clean.
I found it dirty from entering the hotel to the bedroom which was on the second floor.
There was mould around the bathtub, rust around the soap dispenser, and the room smelt of smoke, and the towels had holes in them
We enjoyed our stay at Premier Inn. The room was very comfortable (but rather hot at night). The breakfasts were good (we booked a continental breakfast). There was plenty of parking. We did report minor problems with lights, but nothing was done.
Stayed here while visiting Bletchley Park. Lovely hotel and staff very friendly and welcoming. Clean and well kept. Premier inns are very good value and this one was ideal for an overnight stay. Very good breakfast and staff in the restaurant were very helpful, all very well organised. This Premier Inn is in a really lovely lakeside setting. There is a restaurant next door but if you stay here on a Sunday and want food next door you will need to book several days before your stay. We couldn’t get in for a meal until 9.30 pm at the earliest, which was just too late for us so we had to order some food from a local takeaway and have it delivered to the hotel. This was the only negative with our stay, which wasn’t down to the hotel. The restaurant next door was very popular, we did have a drink in there and staff were very good and apologetic that they couldn’t accommodate us. We would stay here again and book to eat next door as soon as we book our room. This is an ideal place if you are visiting Bletchley Park as it’s just a couple of minutes away in the car.
Breakfast is Brilliant, best hotel breakfast we have had!
Staff Sue & Karen were so lovely and friendly as well as really efficient, they made us feel at home
We were a little disappointed with the room, accessible as wife has knee problem, it was quite shabby compared the the previous two times we stayed
Check in stall were very helpful too, and prior to visiting they Answered email queries very promptly
Our third stay and will be back next time in UK. THANKS
Very nice hotel clean and tidy staff friendly too.
Surounded by a lake on the grounds.
Fewer down is the main lake for lovely walk
Has eletric chargers on site too very handy if you have a electric car.
Very quite in hotel and foid was nice in the pub with was extra cost
Hotel very tired and the breakfast was very disappointing. We have stayed in several premier inns previously with no issue. I would not go back here until some money has been spent on it. One positive, lovely location.
As other reviews had said this Premier is tired and needs updating, hence cleaning staff don't care. Our first room hadn't been hoovered , litter under the bed when I sat on chair to remove shoes. We were moved rooms by helpful receptionist.
Unfortunately at breakfast I sat in full view of the kitchen and was able to watch a member of staff wiping everything with the same tea towel, and I mean everything!!
Such a pity because we always stay at a Premier and tell everyone they are great and I always put up positive reviews.
Good setting, hotel is as expected and hungry horse is handy, fountain is actually annoying and was nice when it was turned off. Bar was clean and service was happy enough, and drinks and food were good for the price paid, quite a big choice and possibly not the greatest but you get what you pay for, £8 for a curry, bargain
AVOID THIS HOTEL - TIRED UNCLEAN & POOR SERVICE -
Uninterested Staff - Breakfast a shambles - Room 131 scruffy and dirty with two interconnecting doors so you can hear other guests all night - an unmade single bed in the room pushed against one of the doors as the door handle looked broken !!
Ok for a very short visit, very little acknowledgement with the staff
The continental breakfast was disappointing when I asked if certain items could be topped up I was answered with a shrug of the shoulder.
Oh dear DONT waste your money on Breakfast Arrived. For breakfast 9:30 . Already out of items
Pastries

Brown bread
Crumpets

Extremely poor value , go somewhere else . Not impressed with the whole experience . Who knows what good will be left for those customers who came after us
The room was dusty and dirty in places. The breakfast was a bit chaotic. Needs more attention to detail. A very dusty fan and dusty skirting boards in the bathroom. Stains on the wall, etc.
The staff clearly struggled with the number of people using the small dining room at breakfast time, especially as the one coffee machine had a fault. The room felt dated.
I'm not sure why the cleaners needed a loud radio while they cleaned in the morning, as it clearly would have disturbed those still in bed on a Sunday morning.
The bedding seemed clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower kept changing temperature.
On arrival we discovered there is no lift (oversight/mistake on our part) and had booked 2 rooms with view over lake, which were on 3rd floor. Reception were quickly able to swap 1 room for ground floor as 1 in party is unable to climb stairs. The room looked out over the ponds and fountain, which was still a nice view.
Overall this hotel is in need of refurbishment. In the communal areas the carpets are worn, paint is chipped and dirty and it generally feels tired.
The room on ground floor needs some tlc. Again carpet is worn in high footfall areas. There is mould around window and again paintwork needs refreshing. In the bathroom there is mould on ceiling and the grout around bath/shower tiles is black. Mastic around bath appears to have been done recently as it was white with no black/ mouldy areas.
All the staff we had contact with were great. Really friendly, polite and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. They all appeared happy in their work which was lovely to see.
Had breakfast both mornings we were there. I'm not a fan of precooked food being kept warm, however the ladies who worked in the breakfast room cooked small amounts regularly and it was good to eat. Also cooked boiled eggs freshly when asked.
We enjoyed our stay and it was a convenient place to stay when visiting Bletchley Park and would stay again if we come back
Short stay..every thing amazing. Always preffer to stay with them. Good range of breakfast. Also fan n sheets provided as it was hot.
