Hotel clean and comfortable. Food was great. Service was great. Very attentive staff especially Jacintha,CafTama and Praba

Great location- right next to the station, and an easy walk to The Ovo.
Family room was really spacious.
Lovely breakfast- hot food regularly topped up. The servers (Praba and Jacintha) were very friendly and went the extra mile. My son asked if we'd paid extra for 5* gold service!!!

Our first time to Wembley for a concert last night and couldn’t have chosen a hotel in a better location! So close to the venue and across from the underground station.

We were checked in by Deni - a big shout out to this girl who couldn’t have done enough to help us and made us so welcome. She’ll go far in the hospitality industry. She knew we were pushed for time but made sure all 8 of us were served with our evening meal and on time for our concert. That was much appreciated by us all.

Lovely spacious clean room. Good food. No complaints at all!

The family rooms here are huge, so this is positive.
Negative - parking “overnight” does not mean that you can stay for 24hrs - parking ends at 12 noon and after this you must pay for a further 24 hours.
Lost items won’t be taken seriously - our child left their tablet in our room. We came back 4 hours after check out and were made to wait for 30 minutes whilst the girls we told went home off shift and nobody knew why we were waiting. They were then less than reassuring and we have left without our item. No method for registering the lost item officially. Have left feeling that we were not taken seriously or the lost item bothered about by staff.

Let me start with positives, the location of this hotel is very good and convenient. You are at the hotel right after that exiting the tube station. Apart from that I didn't find anything good.
The property requires a serious refurbishment. The corridor and rooms carpets are very dirty and old. Furniture was very old and full of stains that you don't event wanna use them.
Broken or very old bathroom. Shower was not working properly. Spiders in the bathroom,
I found it very unhygienic.
I would never recommend this to anyone.

It is a bit run down and there are not enough electrical outlets in the room. Other than that it was comfortable and the people that work there were very nice and helpful

Fantastic value for money! The room was clean, warm and comfortable.

Brivony on the main desk was extremely helpful, kind and cheerful. She really made our check-in easy. A true asset to the team. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you so much!

Also the breakfast team was amazing, especially Jacintha. She was extremely attentive and again, nothing was too much trouble. I am gluten free and she made sure I was aware of all the allergens and provided me with gluten free food. A true credit to the team.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this by far is one of my favourites and that's mainly due to the great location for the tube and the exceptional staff. All of them are attentive, happy and approachable.

Stayed on business for a couple of days, staff generally very nice and helpful, room was a bit dated and in need of refurb but fine and comfortable. Parking was easy enough and £15 per day with discount code provided. Food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Very handy for everything Wembley has to offer and next to Wembley Park tube.

Great location for Wembley park. The hotel could do with a refurb but everything is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's plenty on parking. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Wembley Park Premier Inn as usual for our long weekend in London and as usual it's a great stop in a convenient location next to the tube and it's own carpark. The staff are always very helpful and very friendly from the moment you get there at the reception, the bar, the evening meal, breakfast and all the background staff that you might not see very often. The rooms are always very clean although it's starting to feel a little dated lately bearing in mind we come here every year and so we have noticed. It doesn't distract from the friendly atmosphere in particular Jacintha and the other breakfast staff, Brivony and the other staff on reception and of course Maila for her cheerful welcome in the evening after a long day of rain and walking seeing the Christmas lights. Thank you guys, it was great XX

Staff at this hotel are so welcoming very friendly and helpful, both at the reception and in the bar/restaurant, i could not fault them, the only negative i have to say is the hotel itself could do with a little updating, but for the price and where it's located its absolutely fine

The breakfast was freshly cooked, flavourful, and satisfying. The buffet had lots to choose from including fresh fruits and fruit salad , and the service made the meal even better.

Best breakfast and very friendly service. Jacinta treated us like family and went all out to ensure we were served well.

Really enjoyed my stay here and the breakfast was amazing. The complete English breakfast. Staffs were nice , Jacintha lovely lady.

Can't thank the staff enough at the Wembley stadium premier Inn! I've stayed in quite a few over the years and this has to be the best one yet! The staff on the night of the 22/11/25 when we were eating in the restaurant, we're exceptional. Especially to the young woman who took the time out of her busy work and spoke to my autistic daughter. Most people ignore my daughter but she took the time to have a conversation with her which we really appreciated. Would happily stay here again in the future and would highly recommend this Premier Inn to others.

The stay was good. The staff were very polite and prompt.
We obtained breakfast, which we really enjoyed.
In the kitchen section, staff member Jacinthah helped us try a variety of breakfast items. She was so kind .

I gave a 4.5-star rating for the overall experience.
The 0.5 deduction was because the bathroom shower knob was not smooth to rotate, and we struggled with it.

The hotel itself is in a prime location right by Wembley station and Wembley Park. We stayed here to be close to Bubble planet as a family.
The rooms are a decent size and clean, the TVs could do with an upgrade.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, all of the staff have been so lovely and accommodating.
Make sure you book the premier inn breakfast it is great value for money and offer veggie sausages and bacon which was a plus for us!

Just want to say a big thank you to Jacintha for the great personal dining experience and being so great with the kids. There was also another lovely server who brought us drinks over when we forgot. Also a thanks to Chef Taha for the yummy food cooked!

Jactntha, Brivony and Praba and the chefs all delivered an outstanding wonderful moment for my little son who just turned 6. I am truly touched! What incredible customer service! They have gone above and beyond!
