Important information:

We have 86 parking spaces in total for guests, charged at £15 per night.
From Gatwick Airport - Exit North or South terminal and follow signs for the M23. Join M23 towards Brighton. From M23 (London or Brighton) - Exit J10, take Crawley exit at roundabout. At 2nd roundabout take 3rd exit (Langly Green). At next roundabout take 4th exit (Gatwick/A23). At the 2nd roundabout take 3rd exit (Fleming Way). The hotel is on the right. Frequent buses run from Manor Royal to Gatwick North & South terminals and Crawley town centre. To Manor Royal from either Gatwick terminal, follow signs for 'local public,buses (Metrobus)' then southbound buses from South Terminal or stops 11/12 at North terminal. Board route 100 towards Maidenbower and alight at Business Quarter or board route 10 towards Bewbush and alight at 'Fleming Way West'.
A deposit may be required at the property.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found the surrounding area a bit unsafe. The hotel is close to the train station, but the people around it, especially at night, were unsettling. I was afraid to park my car on the street. Instead, I parked it in the other indoor parking lot between 20:00 and 07:00 for 4 EUR. The inside of the room was clean. There was tea and coffee available in the room. The towels were clean. There was no refrigerator. I felt safe and secure inside the room

Pros:

Сама по себе отель понравился. Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный. Я несколько раз обращалась на ресепшн с разными просьбами, мне всегда шли на встречу и помогали решить мои проблемы. Завтраки (шведский стол) отличные, несколько видов хлеба, колбас и сыров, жареный бекон, яйца вареные и скрембл, несколько видов напитков, мюсли, йогурт, фрукты и тд. Очень чисто, все продуктые свежие. Персонал гостеприимный.
Постельное белье чистое. В отеле не были слышны звуки других постояльцев, было тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

У нас был семейный номер на 4-х. Комната довольно просторная. Но с 4-мя кроватями все же тесновато, нет прохода межу кроватями, изза этого неудобно каждый раз вставать и ложиться в кровать. Отель находится на улице с трамвайными путями, по которым трамвай ходит до глубокой ночи, изза этого очень шумно.
Кондиционер работает только в одном режиме. В период нашего пребывания были жаркие дни, и мощности кондиционера не хватало для хорошего охлаждения комнаты, было душновато.
Расположение отеля вызывает двоякое мнение. С одной стороны удобно, что он в 10 минутах ходьбы от жд вокзала. С другой стороны, контингент прохожих очень неприятный. Когда идешь в детьми по улице, немного опасаешься таких людей, которые пребывают в странном состоянии.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut in diesem Hotel gefallen. Es war sehr sauber . Die Klima hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Für uns persönlich war das Bett zu weich. Das Frühstück hätte für den Preis reichhaltiger sein können.
