Stayed in this hotel after a concert. The most friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in everyone was absolutely lovely and super accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and fresh poached eggs made to order lovely. I am a frequent traveler round the world and have never been made so welcome. The staff are 5 stars the room was clean and we had a lovely sleep in a comfy bed.

This is the second time I've come here with my family. I highly recommend it. It's a small, well-made place to stay at a low price. The kitchen staff is very nice and the reception staff is also very nice and friends . The room also had everything I needed and the beds were well made. Thank you and I'll be back when I have the opportunity to travel to London.

There was a cockroach in my bed discovered by my one year old. It was about 12.30am and the hotel were unable to provide me with an alternative room as they were fully booked. I know in similar circumstances other hotels would at least help you find alternative accommodation however this was not the case here. Could not get a refund on the spot. Was given a number to call which turned out to be the wrong number. Once I got through to the right number they did process my refund without too much hassle at least.

The rooms were nice and clean. We love staying at Premier Inns because the beds are so comfy and the breakfast is always lovely too. They cater for children too & there's always plenty of variety too.

A special thank you to Sian & Sal who made our stay even better. They are the most friendliest & polite members of staff I've ever come across at Premier Inn. I'm always nervous about breakfast times with young children, especially toddlers but they made it a breeze & my children loved them both. Before we even sat down, they got some crayons and colouring ready, played with them & asked them what they wanted to eat.

my stay at the premier inn whilst we visisted for Salon International was fabulous,
Vicky enhanced this experience and made it 10x better i felt at home.

This is our second time staying here and we cannot fault it. Really welcoming and friendly staff, especially one of the members of the night staff, his name us Oden, nothing was to much trouble if we needed anything and he was a really nice chap to talk to!

From booking in to leaving the staff, both front of house and restaurant were polite and very helpful. Any request was seen to at once and with no fuss.Food was very good and delivered with courtesy. When car parking machine failed the people on check in sorted the payment at once. Many thanks to all for making our stay pleasant and comfortable, we will be back

Great location for the excel show breakfast staff Sally and Vicky were both excellent and are a credit to the hotel Skye and the manager were extremely polite and it’s nice to see the same faces on our return to the hotel

We've used this exact hotel for the past 3 years, while exhibiting at the Excel in London.
It's the perfect location and rarely at other hotels do we see the same staff, but it's the same staff who always remember us and are superb, especially the manager and Sal and Vicky in the restaurant!

Experience was horrible, had the worst staff , never ready to help, very confrontational,rude and always evade questions when asked.
Let me not start on house keeping. They don’t clean properly when asked, I had to result to cleaning the room myself because it seems like I was asking for a lot. My sheets were never changed during my stay. This had been my worst experience in all of my travels abroad.

Top notch, it makes a difference when staff put the effort in.
(Sian and Grace) you stood out, great to have a night where there isn't much going on but the staff go above and beyond.
Definitely stay again!
Hopefully be back soon, quiet hotel with an easy access back to the main drag!
